After the old island tour of the country was met on the Holy Island. It’s a real vacation to come to Mykonos. No travel group. The scenery on the island is also very good. I rented a small car and drove on a small road in the country. It feels like the scenery inside the Sun descent. I stayed in the hotel and came inside the sea. The color of the sea here is slightly lighter than that of the Holy Island. Although there is no beach, the feeling of coming here reminds me of the generation. Also very good. It is not water. Amazon Mykonos Resort & Spa

From the moment we got there to the moment we left, this was an absolutely exceptional experience. We spent 4 nights at the Amazon and lovely every second. The location was great for us and was in a quieter area in the west, which was nice to get away from the bustle of the main town and the beach clubs, but if you’re looking to be closer to those you may want to explore other hotels as it was a 15 minute ride into town and back and each ride was about 20-25 Euros. Even so, it was well worth it for us because everything about the hotel was superb. Major kudos to Chronis and the rest of the staff for their tremendous hospitality and assistance with arranging transfers and with reservations and recommendations. For room, we had the Eros suite which I very highly recommend if you can get it. Other rooms have a private pool also but ours was the only one that is heated. Also the room was very private and had gorgeous views of the sea and part of the island. The daily breakfast was also exceptional with numerous options to choose from. The pool area was also beautiful and essentially felt like being at a beach club but without the chaos. Overall we cannot say enough great things about Amazon and would definitely stay here again. I only wish we had more time there but alas we had to move on to Santorini. :)
Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort

What we were impressed with: - Glam, sumptuous interior design - Spotlessly clean - Well maintained throughout the resort - Wonderful pool area with plenty of comfortable loungers and day beds (never an issue getting a lounger) Highlights: Staff are absolutely fantastic. Every single person delivers 5⭐️ service that is sincere, friendly and efficient. Without exception every staff we encountered seemed happy to be working at the hotel, so there’s a really positive vibe about the place. Many of the staff have worked here for years and service delivery is seamless. We wanted for nothing! The buffet breakfast is delicious and probably one of the best I’ve experienced in Europe. There’s even a la carte offered at no additional cost. Breakfast was included in our room rate, however my teens were often asleep so appreciated being able to take away some fruit and pastries for them in a container. Again, lunch is incredible. Delicious, fresh menu with huge portions and well priced for the quality. We looked forward to lunch overlooking the pool every day. Negatives: Minor but the dinner menu was more fine dining style and I would have preferred more simple options to be available. We would have eaten dinner in the hotel more regularly if the lunch menu was available with some extra dishes of the day. Thank you for the most amazing stay and we would definitely stay here again.
Saint John Hotel Villas & Spa

We loved our stay in this hotel! The staff were amazing. Special mention to Joseph the driver, alway happy, informative, a real asset to the hotel. Claudia In concierge was also superb, thank you. Pool staff very attentive as were restaurant staff. Hotel amenities were great although I would not call our bedroom 5 star, bathroom rather tired and in need of upgrade. Pool restaurant was good as was the main dining room, although I felt it was rather overpriced for what you got. One bug bear was if you ask for a single glass of red wine in the restaurant it arrives COLD! That’s a complete no no. Please do something about that. I know it’s minor but nothing worse than cold red wine! Thank you for our relaxing break. We loved it at St John. All in all a lovely hotel and I would not hesitate to come back.
Noima Boutique Hotel Mykonos

My experience at the hotel was truly terrible. Despite being described as a ”relaxing” boutique hotel by the employee during check-in, I was allocated what seemed to be one of the worst rooms available (in my opinion). I had booked a deluxe suite with a pool, which unfortunately happened to be located directly beneath the restaurant. As a result, I had to endure incessant noise throughout the day, including staff conversations, the chatter of guests during breakfast, and the music playing from the restaurant. Adding to the distress, I was constantly subjected to the unsettling sound of chairs being dragged across the floor above my suite. The hotel itself boasts a stunning design, with excellent rooms that demonstrate a strong emphasis on quality. It must be acknowledged that they have done an exceptional job in this regard. However, it's important to note that there is a no shared pool, and the presence of common areas is rather limited. As a result, guests find themselves primarily confined to their rooms or suites for the duration of their stay. However, an incident arose that made me seriously consider checking out early. Below my suite, there were two probably guests causing a disturbance in their pool. Wanting to address the issue, I reached out to the hotel via WhatsApp, but my messages were initially disregarded. Even after following up, I received no response. Frustrated with the lack of attention, I approached the reception to inquire about the situation. To my dismay, the staff reacted with arrogance and even made fun of me complaining. When I asked when I could expect a response, the staff member replied in an arrogant tone, saying, ”in 5 minutes...” I have never had to experience such an attitude from an employee in 10 years in luxury hotels - WOW. When I expressed my desire to check out, I was met with refusal due to the non-refundable nature of my booking. Seeking a resolution, I requested to speak with the manager. Surprisingly, the receptionist handed me her cell phone and remained standing next to me, listening to my conversation with the manager, leaving me without any privacy. Such a lack of respect for personal space was entirely unprecedented in my experience. Unfortunately, the manager's response was limited to offering kind words without any action. Ultimately, no adjustments were made to the bill, and I was not even offered a simple gesture of apology, such as a bottle of wine worth €10 or so sent to my room. The staff seems to lack a clear understanding of what luxury hospitality entails. The issues began even before our arrival. The hotel advertised a complimentary airport/port pickup service. However, since we were staying at another hotel prior to our arrival, I reached out to inquire if we could also be picked up free of charge. This request was confirmed a few days before our scheduled arrival. Unfortunately, just one day before our arrival, we received an email stating that this service would now cost €50.
