Booked this hotel quite last minute and stayed here for 4 nights as a couple. In a good location, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Bit of a steep hill walking back up. Very quiet being adults only. Ample parking for at least 4 cars so no issue with our hire car. Pool area spacious, clean and very comfortable sun-beds. Staff all very friendly, especially Konstantina, what an asset to the hotel she is. One of the happiest, friendliest young lady’s we have ever met! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Owner was also very friendly and helpful on the front desk. The rooms are small, we did know this when we booked from reading reviews. Wasn’t an issue for us really as we were there such a short time, and not in the room very much. Our room didn’t have any kind of view from the balcony, which is what we booked but there are rooms that have a lovely sea view. Balcony doors quite hard to open and very small space. Safe in room which we didn’t use and tea and coffee making facilities. Unfortunately this was very dusty on inspection. Wi-fi is a public network and very hit and mis. We were aware the bathroom is an issue from previous reviews, and we have to agree. Could cope with the close proximity of the shower, sink and toilet but the shower cubicle itself is extremely snug. I have added a photo with a pair of my hubby’s shoes inside, to give an idea of the actual size when standing in it. Many elbows were bashed trying to have a good wash! Shower itself was powerful and good. Another issue we found with the room was no bin in the bedroom itself, just a small one in the bathroom. Not very practical when you are supposed to use this for your used toilet paper as you can’t flush it away. Bed was comfortable and good air con. Slept very well each night. Breakfast was quite a let down for us also. On the surface it looks quite varied but most of it was not good. Meats and cheese etc were ok but eggs, bacon etc that are supposed to be hot, were always cold. Scrambled eggs were more like bits chopped up and fried like you would find in an egg fried rice! One morning there was even a bowl of cold baked beans for some strange reason! I tried some of the chocolate cereal which was just sat in a bowl, but it was stale and inedible. We discovered one evening the cereal was left in the bowl overnight with cling film over the top, so that explains this. Also jams etc were left with the spoons in and lids open, exposed as well. This put me off eating these again also. Coffee and juice were ok. We had a relaxing time here but due to issues with shower and breakfast, we would have struggled to stay any longer than we did. Still gave 4 stars due to the staff, location, being adults only and outside space.

Loved it. Originally booked elsewhere (in Kavos), it was dire, we saw this and booked. VERY HAPPY! This was mid-late October, so very reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff, lovely little resort / village, beautiful beaches, glorious weather, whats not to like?! We were lucky to get upgraded to a siew-view/sunset room, which made a big difference - glorious! At the back, in October, the room was just a bit cold, we needed the a/c on heating mode - but at the front was just amazing. Also, end of the season - very quiet, restaurants all closing, and although lovely during the day, was actually darn cold in the evenings, be warned! Clear crisp and chilly evenings, we needed thicker coats... (Hotel was lovely though)

We only stayed 1 night as we travelled through the area . This is a family run hotel with friendly staff . Our room was to the back of the hotel with a few over the fields hills. The room was clean , we had a really good night sleep but our only issue was with the bathroom. The shower cubicle was 1/2 the standard size and almost impossible to turn around in . However this hotel is in a lovely location , breakfast was excellent and had we be staying longer would have asked for a room move .

Very clean room and shower (shower for one person only very small). No shelf to put things in the bathroom, very small sink. Very kind and pleasant welcome and unbeatable price. 5 minutes walk from the large beach. Hotel overlooking the road with a one meter by two meter pool next to the parking lot. Breakfast not extraordinary although varied. Room overlooking a vacant lot under construction, not great sound insulation. I didn't like this corner of the island at all and the entire north, which is ultra-touristy and lacking in greenery. Good for one night but no more if you have a room not overlooking the sea.

This is not a boutique hotel. Far from that. It's eye-catching! Despite the kind welcome, the stay was a nightmare. Everything is cheap there. The shower is so small that it's hard to get in. There is room for 4 or 5 cars, not one more! Those who do not have a view on the west side (where you can vaguely see the sea) will have a view of a plot of land with an abandoned building. Poorly soundproofed, poor wifi. The only interest: breakfast (but we don't go to such a remote place to have a good breakfast, do we?). To avoid.

This hotel claims the title of "boutique hotel" but that is misleading and so are the photos. The rooms are very small, poorly soundproofed and almost no storage space The bathroom: a disaster! very small, not practical, as for the shower: so narrow and tight that it is difficult to shower even if you are small. In addition, the bathroom pipes back up and therefore there is a foul smell in the room. Parking headache; 5 places for 19 rooms. Only certain rooms on the 2nd floor have a sea view, while the others have little or no view. The only positive points: friendliness of the staff and good breakfast. Certainly this hotel is not expensive (less than €50/night) but very happy to have left it. If I had not prepaid for the 3 nights, I will be gone after the first night

2 steps from the beach from which you can take the Boat taxi to Rudders. A mention to the managers, because there are those who also speak Italian, because they advise you where to go to eat, because they recommend worthy beaches, because they guarantee parking for everyone. Very clean rooms, very comfortable mattresses and pillows, continental breakfast although not too varied, but the kindness of all the staff is priceless. Bathroom perhaps a little small, not easy to move around if you have a large size, but I'm sure that if this were a problem they would do their best to solve it. Passed with flying colors because they demonstrate that they care about the customer and in small steps it is clear that they want to maintain a quality structure.
