Unfortunately the superhuman efforts of the staff cannot save the poor quality of the facilities and the food available. I wonder how hotel brain manages such a hotel. I would also like to ask the managers if they would give their children the food they serve to the customers. Too bad!!!

The hotel is renovated, rooms are clean, sea rooms are perfect, the beach is nice, but what I liked most was the shades from olive trees. The food is good, many salats and vegetables, fish was not every day but it was perfect; pool bar is great, variety of soft drinks and local wine and beer; all in all excellent choice for the money you pay. The only thing you should bear in mind is to take water-shoes, because of the stones in the water. You can also buy it in hotel mini market (15-20e).

Fantastic stay for our family. Clean rooms with beautiful view, various food options for all inclusive program, children facilities for fun and play, cool sea water. Good value for the money. Decent meals, good terace and yard with sunbeds with natural tree shadows. Perfect hotel for families. The beach was stonie, you need water sneackers to get in, but the sea was phenomenal with crystal clear water. We will come back, for sure.

Overall a decent hotel visit, but the lifeguard to the pool on the weekdays is so rude and just not a good experience. But the hotel has two so friendly and sweet dogs that just chille around the hotel. All from laying beside you protecting you to following you to the door protecting you. But overall a decent hotel

I take this vacation because of the offer: greece, beach, all iinclusive, decent price. I expect a little but I receive good services, good food, an excellent staff (5 stars staff !!!! gratulation), nice pool , quiet (to much...). Anyway. I appreciate the clean rooms, large rooms (on the back of the hotel - large apartament), the food ( tasty, variate, very goood soups, fish, lamb... very good ). Bad points - location is in an area without interesting points (2km from a litttle village with some tavernas and 2 shops) the beach is stony (but larger comparative with the neighborhod) and entertainment team ( almost invisible in the evening). By the buttom - a good value for the money.
