Lovely hotel, easy short walk to the beach, Panos and Ali in the bar made our holiday, so friendly, made you feel welcome and always had your drink ready for you, as they remember what you order. Food was good and has lots of choices, different speciality nights as well so always something different to try, but always had a salad bar and fries if you are a fussy eater. Couldn’t fault this hotel at all

This hotel did not live up to the advertised blurb by the travel operator, Love Holidays. Firstly, the rooms could have been more sparse, with the furniture required to be updated. The pictures needed to be updated, as the dining/cafeteria area was extremely basic. There should be air conditioning throughout the dining area, as the kitchen is situated close by, with all cooking smells adding to the extreme heat. There was little crockery and cutlery available at each sitting, and the tables needed to be cleared a lot quicker, leaving many tables cluttered with dirty dishes. Our party had to clear tables to continue the next course. Fresh Juices are squash alternatives, dispensed only at breakfast. One visit to the coffee machine is enough for one week. Many dishes were not labelled, so anyone with allergies would find it very difficult to choose their meal quickly, and it was very bland and repetitive. It also states that there are lifts within the building, but to our knowledge, they were unavailable to the guests. The swimming pool could be more user-friendly for strong swimmers and one of the smallest pools I have seen at a hotel for the number of guests. The minimum depth was 1.3 metres, but you had to use the only steps available at the deeper end, meaning that a non-swimmer couldn't even get in the pool for a cool-down—more toilets needed to be available around the pool and bar areas. Far too many steps and slopes made it difficult for those entering the hotel with their luggage to get to their rooms safely. There is no lifeguard around the pool which I found extremely bad when you have youngsters in the pool. There was a lack of sun loungers and umbrellas for the number of guests - no tables to sit at in the evening for a quiet drink after dinner, and the only seating was the sun loungers - never have I experienced this on travels before. The all-inclusive package only offers limited drinks and closes the bar at 11 pm. All local drinks are required to be paid for after this time. We will certainly NOT be returning to this hotel, which could only be called a 2-star.

From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need; including opening the restaurant after our late-night flight in case we were hungry. Specifically, Yiannis was very welcoming and helpful whenever we needed anything at all. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with enough room for 4 girls and our large suitcases. They were cleaned daily if requested and always left spotless. There was excellent food variety, especially at lunch and dinner, treating us to Greek cuisine and other dishes such as Mexican and Seafood Night. An unexpected and most welcome surprise was 'Pizza Time' from 10 am to 6 pm which meant we could grab as many slices of their freshly made pizza if we were feeling peckish by the pool. Drink options were extensive with slushies and alcoholic drinks included in the all-inclusive package. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the beach and you can find lovely and affordable restaurants and bars directly on the beachfront. Just ensure you are awake early enough to secure yourself a bed around the pool as they can be taken quite quickly.

Only 25 minutes from airport a very small town very close to the beach. There are NO lifts in this hotel lots of up and down steps and steep ramps. No really suitable for anyone who has difficulty moving about. Hotel spotless and no shortage in clean towels and bedding. Some rooms still need refreshing as they are old inside. Staying all inclusive Food good but repetitive. Staff are brilliant and so helpful. Local drinks and spirits. Not a lot of choice. Early season so many of the bars in the town are getting ready. Hotel bar isn’t open yet just a small snack bar where you get your drinks. If you want a quiet life it is nothing much to see or do.so a car would be useful. Only a few local shops with the basics. Clothes not cheap nor is the sun creams. The shops neatly sell the same things but some odd ladies boutiques. But people are very kind and helpful. Will update at the end if my holiday.

The hotel is nice enough but I would say stay in the main complex there are several add on buildings nearby....don't believe the photos there very well taken the sea and beach are a 10 minute walk away I wouldn't want to stay here in high season the pool and dining areas and bars will be manic if all the rooms are full and there nowhere near enough room by the pool for 600 rooms filled with guests.... And watch the "lifeguard"at the pool my wife put some sun tan oil on so she could sunbathe and he came running across shouting no baby oil in the pool even though we had no i intention of getting in the pool and if the kids have too much fun he starts blowing his whistle and stopping them playing and there's only about 30 people here so have no idea what he will be like when the place is full and if you don't like steps keep away there's hundreds of them

The main hotel apparently is well equipped and modern,,food excellent service excellence X10 Panis and Evelina xxxx ,,,but if for some reason you get to taken to the annex outside the main hotel called Paul's plaza, this is a add on that used to be self catering old furniture and a total disgrace to be even part of this hotel , just stuck a sign on the outside saying Alexander ,real shame as it lets this lovely place down ,,small town ,ideal for a relaxing week ,would love some feedback about the rooms marked 600 plus ,,at reception refuse to go
