This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed in my life. There was no ac in my room despite it being 75 degrees and sunny. The staff at the front desk told me to close all my doors and run the AC a while to cook off...I did that and my room became an oven. Then they sent a technician that said the same thing. It is now 1am and so hot so I went to the front desk and they sent another person who said the whole building is set to heat. What kind of idiocy is this? The food is bad and the beds are awful (rock hard). Spend a little more and find a better resort. There is also expired juice in the mini bar. When I open the patio door to get relief from the heat my room fills with mosquitoes. This place is truly awful. Staff didn't help at all. They have barely any guests but couldn't move me to a room in another area with air conditioning. Stay away. Can't wait til morning to get out of here.

The spa center is a very nice and pleasant place, run by a very kind and nice Katrina, in a very clean place, and the service and attention are very noticeable and give a pleasant feeling to come back again. We also had a massage by a girl named Harisya, it was nice, relaxing and liberating.

We had a great time on this resort! Beautiful beaches and several swimming pools with beach bars. Some buildings need an update but we had a great room with an extra bedroom. Personel is really fantastic and helpfull. Its near a small village with restaurants and seaview. Restaurant is very good. We had a great stay at this resort..

We had an amazing 11-day stay! Super friendly staff, especially Kostas at reception helped us in a pleasant way several times. Great location near beaches, the pool had a bar and a cozy boulevard nearby. Perfect for a relaxing holiday! Also we did a photoshoot and that was a great succes as well! Photographer Vlad was very nice and relaxed and we have some great photos from that shoot.

Most of the staff was great, but I did have issues with a couple folks. I was told that I had to wear shoes to the restaurant by an employee while grabbing food. Like me, I noticed several other men wearing sandals. It was a weird interaction since the hotel and restaurant were mostly empty (we went during offseason). Not sure if the employee was going up to all the men in sandals or just me? In any case, the food was super bland, not tasty, and lacked veggie options. We chose not to eat at the hotel again except for breakfast. With that being said, the beach is very nice and the employees at the kid's club were awesome! They made my 4-year old feel at home and made sure he was included in all activities.
