The pool and pool area were excellent with plenty of sunbeds available for the time year we went. The cleanliness of the room and hotel were also excellent, and we had regular clean towels and bedding. The staff were mostly helpful and courteous. The bridge that adjoined the hotels over the busy road was also very useful. Where this hotel let itself down was the all-inclusive package and dining experience. . We are not a family of drinkers, but the tea, coffee and soft drinks were not always available due to being broken, no one availableto serve you or just closed. There was regularly no tea bags, cups or glasses and I had to ask for these on a regular daily basis. The coffee and soft drink machines were regularly broken down or being serviced. There was an earn for coffee, but unfortunately, it was of very poor quality and very weak. The good coffee machine was only available until 10.30 am??? Additionally, there was very little or no choice of non- alcoholic drinks, unless we paid extra, and these were very limited and expensive. There was only one unfridgerated water dispencer which was grubby - definitely not acceptable in an all- inclusive hotel. Our granddaughter struggles with loud open spaces and as the dining room was very noisy, we asked to be seated outside, which has never been an issue on previous holidays. Unfortunately, the only table they offered us was at the front of the hotel by a busy pathway and next to a very b usy and noisy road with no shade. As I'm sure you would understand, this was not an option for my granddaughter that we could consider. This table would have sat 4 people at best and we are a family of 6. We asked if we could use the tables to the side of the hotel, which would of been far more suitable and easily accessible to the dining room, and in the shade, but we were told no. This did cause stress for our girl and spoilt our dining experience. We did not come on holiday to dine separately from our family. Although our room at 1st appeared to be fine, we soon found lots of irritating small things were broken. The doors to the kitchen area were badly fitted and scrapped along the floor making them difficult to open and access the fridge hard (I had to get my husband to open and close this door. The plug in the sink did not work, and we could not fill the sink to wash or shave. One of the main lights did not work, which left the room very dim in the evenings. They did have issues with the electrics and the light in the toilets poolside did not work for 2-3days, but I understand this was out of their control. As I have mentioned, we felt it was mainly the all-inclusive side that let this hotel down, with the odd maintenance problem. I do not like to complain, and after many years with Tui, I have never had to before, but felt the need to this time. One of the reasons we chose all-inclusive was so that our grandchildren could have access to soft drinks and icecreams throughout the day, but as I have said, this was

We have been here for one week. Four people, two parents, one three years old, and one fifteen years old. We all did have a fantastic vacation. The food is amazing here. The rooms are big enough for us all. The people that work here are all doing their best, to let you have a great vacation. In july it can be hot, we did have two days around 40 degrees. This is our second time here, we are coming back next year, we love it here

The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The catering was what I would expect from a 4 star all inclusive. The staff worked hard to deliver a variety of food options and it was of good quality. The restaurants were clean and food well presented. Drinks were a little disappointing and the cocktails were very syrupy. Our room was a long way from reception and when I asked if there was a different option due to health reasons, they did offer an alternative, but I was so exhausted I didn’t change, but I now wish I had. Found out that the hotel section closest to the beach is reserved exclusively for the European market☹️. There was also the hidden extras, safe, beach towels and sunbeds on the beach. They all added up. Jet 2 as a company was amazing. Service excellent from the airport to journey home. Would recommend as a hotel to try. Bus into Chania very good and value for money.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but it fell short in several key areas. The wine served was of very poor quality — cheap and nearly undrinkable. The beer wasn’t much better, tasting extremely light and watered down. The food was repetitive and bland, with almost every dish tasting the same. It felt like there was little effort put into variety or flavor.

Booked with TUI and they are not present here at all. This hotel caters for mostly Scandinavian travellers I think. Hotel description is misleading. NOT suitable for people with mobility issues. Steep ramps and slippery surfaces. There are lifts to the bedrooms. Hotel in 2 parts, beach side where reception is and then across a fairly busy road, the restaurant section. Both sides have a pool. The sky walkway is unsuitable for people with prams and anyone who finds stairs difficult. All inclusive deal , hmm what can I say. The restaurant has a bar where you can get soft drinks, beer and wine on tap. Anything else you have to stand at the bar inside the restaurant so you have to cover up and wear shoes,to get basic spirits and mixers. If you want a cocktail after 5.30pm, you have to cross to the beach side bar. No cocktails or other drinks are served at meal times. Food is ok, often hot food wasn’t very hot but there was always a good selection and always salad and fresh fruits. You can hire beach towels and pay for 2 beds and a sunshade on beach. I don’t know the price as we didn’t use them. Staff can be friendly, Stratos at beach bar, Soula in restaurant are both lovely. I tried speaking basic words in Greek but nobody really cared. The room was cleaned daily. We were on the 6th floor in a one bed apartment with sea view. Perfectly fine. Not the best view as there is an half completed plot in front of rooms but you can see the sea, just don’t look down. It looked like the hotel had only recently opened and the first few days it was fairly quiet. As the week went on, it got busier and sunbeds were at a premium. No reserving allowed and everyone followed the rule. We just had breakfast fairly early and easily got 2 beds and an umbrella by the restaurant pool. Pool itself doesn’t open till 10 and closes at 6. Disappointed that there was absolutely no entertainment in the evening and nothing during the day either. The local area had a few restaurants, car hire places and crazy golf. We didn’t explore far as the pavement was very uneven and my sister uses a stick. I’m afraid we weren’t really impressed and CAN NOT understand why TUI has it as 4* We don’t recommend it and would never return

Great for families. Perhaps not the 5* we are used to (Turkey, maldives 11 restaurants, 15 bars, 24 hour service etc BUT we know what we're paying for. We found the food to be fresh and varied (only one restaurant and one snack bar, no A La Carte) but staff were attentive. Drinks were ok too (some cocktails on offer). Rooms were clean and spacious. Wonderful pool on the beach and fabulous sea views. If you visit you must go to Koupes restaurant 3 doors down. Amazing food, drinks and service. Made SUCH a fuss of my husband for his birthday with no advance warning. Best meal we've ever had (twice).

Well this is definitely not a 4* hotel. I will start with the positives, place is clean lovely pool area and nice and close to the beach. The room was a decent size and shower was lovely. Our room was cleaned everyday and fresh clean towels replaced everyday. Good choice at breakfast and my husband loved the coffees. Now for the negatives. On arrival I said I had emailed and requested a better room with a sea view wanted it to be a little extra special as it was mine and my husband’s birthdays. Reception said yes yes sea view. Well we were taken to our room up to 7th floor and then straight to the back of the hotel and back out on the back road to another block completely away from the hotel our view was definitely not the sea view I had requested. But reading the reviews this happens quite a lot with TUI holiday makers which is not a good thing. Even though the breakfasts were ok and plenty to choose from. We thought the food in the evening was not up-to par and we ate out most nights. Most of the staff were quite pleasant with an exception of a few, so miserable and Looked like they didn’t want to be there. Also when you were eating your breakfast some staff couldn’t wait to clear the plates away even when they still had food on and you obviously hadn’t finished. Overall Chania is a lovely place especially the town, we did have a good time once we overlooked the negatives. And We would return back to the resort

Me and my friend visited in October 2024 for 8 days, at first glance this is not a 4 star hotel as tui have advertised and I do feel by the pictures that we were catfished a little bit. We was not happy at first but decided to make the most of it. If you are wanting a lay in in the mornings there is no chance of this as we was up at 7:30 every day just to ensure we got a sunbed by the pool! Sunbeds on the beach are 10 euros everyday for 2 with 2 small bottles of water which I find ridiculous! I see a lot of reviews talking about the British being shoved to the far end of the hotel as opposed to the beach side, this was no the case for us as luckily we had a room on the beach side. Breakfast is on the beach side, lunch and dinner is on the other side which is sometimes quite annoying but the beach side bar offers snacks from lunchtime to around 5pm it is very basic but it does the job. The food at dinner always had a theme and we never found a problem with this we loved it! The drinks machine was always either flat or not flavour it was very hot or miss but always go for lemonade it was the only one that seemed to taste okay all the time! We went out for dinner a few times and there are 2 restaurants we definitely reccomend Kri Kri restaurant and refresh beach bar and restaurant there food was amazing and the staff are so lovely! Really good prices too so is a must if you are visiting! Overall we would stay again but only if the hotel was modernised and had more entertainment.
