Horrible experience at all. Bad service, filthy interiers, food was still same old song for all 16 days. Stray dogs on the beaches, stray cats in the dinning room. Beach was also filthy. 5 elevators in the hotel, only one was functional, but just only for 5 days. Half of people, we met had terrible diarrhea. Very poor bar choice (cola, sprite, beer in can, warm watter - that's all) I would not recommend at all. Last time in Tunisia after this vacation.

the hotel leaves much to be desired, but the attractions, service and animators do a great job. You can spend your free time at the hotel with nice animators. Aqua aerobics and evening dancing are a lot of fun.

The hotel has potential but is underutilized. Dirty tables, poor food, the canteen is always missing something. You have to wait for plates, cutlery, stand in line for drinks that are still served in plastic cups 😯😯😯 The water in the pool is dirty, the hotel has an unpleasant smell. Not enough tables outside. Internet very weak and only at the reception. The gym does not encourage you to use it. Nice view from the window. Great animators that I really miss. Always smiling and positive. You can see that the right people in the right place. And it is them I thank for this holiday ❤️ the heart grows when I look at you. I wish you guys all the best! Jo Jo Joanna 💪🧘 ♀️🤽💃

I recommend this hotel.People in this hotel are really nice. The food wasn't much but there was something for everyone. Beach cleaned daily. The young animators and dj were the best.🥰 The worst thing about this hotel was Sam their boss. He treats these young people like garbage. He wanted my phone number, he said he wanted to go with me to Poland or the Netherlands. I refused him. After that, he banned the animators from talking to me because he was jealous. He fired them for talking to me and my family!!!! I left a tip at the bar in my room in the reveption and also wanted to give money to the animators. I gave money to one young animator he was fired (he didn't want to take it) and I put it in his bag. Sam came up, took the money from him and gave it back to me and he shouting at him and throw him outside!!! It was my decision my money!!! I want to give him money!!!! Sam is a very bad person uses mobbing to young nice guys!!! This is not normal.

There was good care all week. Maybe WiFi have to be more better. Breakfast good, but pancakeks missing :) hotel is not good condition, swiming pool need reconstruction, but enough. I recomanded this hotel for modest guests.

good hotel, animators are the best but the best one is snoop. nice hotel with a beautiful sea view. nice rooms cleaned daily. swimming pool clean. great selection of food at the bar. 3 bars available. successful holidays

I recommend this hotel very much. This was my first trip to Djerba and I was a little scared for what to expect, but everything turn ot to be fine, even more. My favourite thing in this hotel was food and whole animation team. There was always something new for both. Every night there is mini disco for kid (which I liked even if I am 22 years old) and after that there is a party for us older, with great music and interesting choreography which we will remmember forever. There is just something magic there. People are just nice and if you let them they will be the best versions of themselves. You have pool animation from 10 to 18 and it is also great to do them every day. Balcony is fenomenal and you can drink your morning coffee with peace. I will be back here, nothing has to change.

I don’t know where to start. This was exactly what me and my friends needed this summer. We had like everything there, good services by every employee there. Animators are the best thing that this hotel have, they are so polite and cute and doing their best jobs to entertain every guest. Food was great, we loved going to restaurant. Drink is always available, alcohol or no. Coffee on the balcony is like the heaven. We wanted to be there forever, we haven’t needed anything outside the hotel. I really from the bottom of my heart recommend this hotel.

worst hotel ever, impolite receptionist, no air conditioner, bad food, bad beach, bad room service. Never think to come again. nejhorší hotel vůbec, nezdvořilý recepční, žádná klimatizace, špatné jídlo, špatná pláž, špatná pokojová služba. Nikdy nepřemýšlejte, že přijdete znovu.
