The front desk staff were very polite and made me feel at ease.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but I was a little concerned about some areas that were not cleaned properly and the mold in the bathroom.
It said that breakfast (¥860) could be added, but I must have overlooked that, as they are not currently serving breakfast, so I ended up staying just the room. That was disappointing.

駐車場を利用料金を支払ったが夜10時には閉まってしまうため利用できず、近くのタイムズ駐車場を毎日利用した。
このため駐車場料金は2重払いとなり、予定の3倍になってしまった。

コンサートを観るために地方から女1人で利用しました。
さいたま新都心駅から乗り換え無しで10分程度、上尾駅と隣接しているので改札を出て目の前。初めてでも迷わず行くことができました。付近もコンビニ、カフェ、飲食店があります。
普段タバコは吸いませんが、今回は喫煙可ルームしか空きが無かったのでそちらを利用しました。臭いが心配でしたが綺麗にされていて自分はあまり気になりませんでした。無い訳ではないので、敏感な人はやめた方がよいと思います。
最新のホテルではないので潔癖気味の人にはおすすめできませんが、掃除はちゃんとされていましたし、何よりフロントスタッフの皆さんの対応が優しかったです。駅も綺麗で治安も良さそうな場所だったのでまた機会があれば利用したいと思います。
