Poor English at reception, check-out as early as 10am, needed to make my own bed and place the trash bags in the bins. The last thing you want to do after the tiredness of a long trip is to do the bedsheets and trashbins. The location and amenities are ok but too expensive for this type of poor service.

Great location. Very comfortable accommodation. Nicely landscaped site with superb swimming pool. Excellent value for money. Booking and payment process wasn’t great. Long wait to get response to query over payment.

Booked for an overnight stop on our way to Juan les Pins, took a chance and booked an apartment. It was actually a small lodge in the grounds of a holiday village with a beautiful pool, friendly and helpful staff and delicious food for our evening meal. One of the best stops we’ve had during our road trip.

I recently stayed here for 13 nights. Check-in was perfect, and the room was wonderful. For the first 24 hours, everything was great - the staff, the location etc. For these reasons, I extended my stay there. However, on May 31st, at 9:26 am, someone came to my room and asked me to follow him to the director’s office. Based on a rumor, the director accused me of harassing her staff in my room and threatened to call the police. After hearing my explanation, she asked her staff what had happened and discovered that I was telling the truth and that no harassment had taken place. The director clearly had not investigated the matter before accusing me. Even after she realized that nothing had happened, she did not apologize to me, which was very disappointing and unprofessional. It was a very troubling experience and a major accusation without evidence that ruined my time there. Every other aspect of the place was wonderful, but I will not return to stay there while the current director is still in her position. She was completely out of line. I hope that someone will look into the director’s behavior in this matter. I have notified my advisor (conseil) about this incident.

Great place for a get away with lots to do!
Excellent, and clean residence, very friendly and helpful staff. Main company office also really helpful, and thank you for their assistance. Great location, far enough for quite, but close for most things (10-15 minutes stroll walk). Lots of free to use sports equipment and great facilities to keep you entertained! Food plentiful and tasty.

Positive points: the number of beds, the calm, the heated swimming pool, the location, games available Negative points: the bedding and food, no books available, mini golf with bouncing balls and 1 impossible, lack of music, unmaintained hotel, 5 spiders in one of the rooms
