It looks nicer on the pictures, they are selling a dream. It was dirty in the hotel area, trash on the ground and some poo in the corridor to the room... In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold.

Un séjour magnifique et inoubliable mes enfants ce sont régaler et les adultes aussi !! De magnifique décors dans le parc et l'hôtel, un accueil très sympa. Les petit déjeuner sont copieux, même pour les enfants. Je recommande nous reviendrons !!

Le service, les chambres et l'équipement honnêtement rien à reproché, le problème c'est le personnel ... Malheureusement la moitié des réceptionnistes n'étaient pas souriant et donnaient l'impression quf notre presence les dérangeais, sans parler du majordome qui a "draguer" une personne de ma famille.

c'était tout simplement unique! nous avons réservé pour le mois en étant sur place. le niveau de détail est poussé comme jamais nous ne l'avons vu. la visite virtuelle de la suite est elle aussi incroyable. et que dire du major dome privé amad. merci à vous, vous avez été disponible à tout instant... à très vite.

Nouvelle adresse qui va vite fidéliser tous les amoureux du luxe version pirate ! en plus de la Suite décorée avec goût dans les moindres détails, on accède au parc aquatique du même nom avec une rivière et une piscine à vagues! Que du bonheur pour les enfants !!

Je recommande la suite Commodore vraiment magnifique ; du grand luxe à prix abordable , les enfants ont adoré le parc aquatique attenant à l'hôtel avec accès privilégié , des zones vip réservées et un spectacle pirate joué par des cascadeurs !

décoration exceptionnelle dans cet hôtel tout neuf qui vient d'ouvrir ! nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'une suite de rêve avant qu'il soit complet: lit à baldaquin, jacuzzi et sunbed dans jardin intimiste, service de voiturier jusqu'à la plage privée. Mention spéciale au bagagiste vraiment adorable !
