I had a wonderful stay at **Ginger Hotel, Agartala**. The hospitality was excellent, and the entire staff made my experience truly enjoyable. A special mention to **receptionist Shyamsundari Sinha**, who was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and comfortable stay.

The staff there were very cordial and pleasant to interact with. Pritam was great. I had absolutely no issues with the people working there. They are trying their best. However, the infrastructure of the hotel is not in a great state. I have heard that they have recently renovated but the renovations haven’t been done in a proper manner. The finishing is very bad. Food was great though.

The **female staff** were also amazing—friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The hotel staff overall was exceptional, making sure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. The **food was delicious**, with a good variety of options to choose from. The cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel were also commendable. I would **highly recommend** this hotel to anyone visiting Agartala, whether for business or leisure. Nice hotel to stay and good hospitality. Food and service are great. Only room is not so spacious. I want to mention that Mr. Piyush at Resturant, he is a very nice person and provide a good service at there. Overall experience is good and whenever I will come to Agartala I will plan to stay over at Ginger, Agartala.
