We were very disappointed with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the experience fell far below expectations. The room was not clean or comfortable, and the overall condition of the accommodation was poor and clearly neglected. It felt like the bare minimum was being done to maintain the place.
The worst part by far was the breakfast. It was shockingly bad – very limited options, poor quality food and found a warm in my food and items were not fresh. It felt like no thought or care had gone into it at all. Staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and the atmosphere in the breakfast area was unwelcoming.
Overall, this stay was not enjoyable in the slightest. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and we definitely will not be returning.

Everything is great here, the rooms are very spacious for a family of 5, the food is so good, receptionists helpful, the pool is great and spacious and would want to give a special thank you to the waiters at the restaurant making the experience even better.

The rooms not too bad some of the staff were nice , Indoor pool according to the receptionist it was sold to private company and therefore not available for the hotel user so as the jacuzzi,the breakfast was horrible we stayed 6 nights but only struggled to eat twice.There was a kitchenette but you will not be able to cook anything ,no oven,toaster, microwave,coffee maker not even knives or bottles opener Rusted taps in kitchen and bathroom, There was no iron /ironing board, we had to ask for 3 days to receive only a faulty iron ,the marketing photos they use to list the property is fraudulent and the rating ? We did not receive bed linens and towels after asking for towels we were assured that we would receive them in literally 2 minutes we waited for 3 hours because there was no sun to dry them

Chanced a stay at the Sables, the reception staff were good, opened door to room 118, first thing we noticed was the clean smell and modern openplan look. Large, pretty apartment, with giant master bed and sofas. Every surface was spotlessly clean, including dinner service, shower, toilet, shelving, mirrors, glassware and cutlery. Restaurant and pool are exactly as shown online - would recommend 👌 We didn't use the TV but looked like pay per view, something to be aware of they don't serve alcohol in this accommodation.

Brilliant place to stay friendly and kind staff very helpful and clean. Service above and beyond . Mme Soukaina was amazing providing great information. Agadir is a beautiful place to visit and friendly people also visit the souk market and Paradise Valley and enjoy a trip on either Quad bike or buggy which is an amazing experience here .

The room itself was very comfortable and spacious. The rooms are big with a big balcony. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a good Location with the beach only 5mins walking distance. There is lots of parking for anyone with a car. It's a nice area with beautiful views and very easy to get anywhere. The Wi-Fi is not great so don't rely on it. It worked great in some areas like the pool however in the bedroom it would not connect. At night time there is a lot of noise like dogs barking outside people walking around upstairs. If you are sensitive to noise then possible ask for a suite on the top floor. The breakfast is a set menu everyday. This is cooked to Order. There is an option of eggs or pancakes. You get some Moroccan pancakes, croissants and glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. You are allowed one hot drink. Sometimes it took very long for the breakfast to come and it could do with some fresh fruit and yoghurt. The dishes they served were nice but I definitely prefer more of the buffet style breakfast. All in all it was very comfortable and people were very nice.

Loud parties disturbing all surroundings at late times Not willing to reduce any of the noise after asking, very inconsiderate to people residing near them Also this is at night time which makes it much more inappropriate

Bad services, we booked appartement for 3 nights with sea view and swimming pool view, but they give us an other small appartement, normally the check-in is 14:00, but we arrived at 17:30 and we find the staff still cleaning the appartement, we waiting for 2 hours in the reception, all people whose lives there fine problems with service, seriously this apprt-hotel not good for anyone want to have good memories in Morocco, it makes you to hate yourself,
