Sables d'or Appart Hôtel

Very nice aparthotel. Good stay. Of course there are things to improve but really pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a little set back in fact the surroundings are not idyllic because many buildings are under construction but in less than 10 minutes you reach the beach and in less than 5 the main road for a taxi. There are supermarkets nearby. The apartment is spacious with a beautiful terrace. We did not use the kitchen apart from the fridge but indeed there is no microwave and this is a shame for people who want to cook. The bathroom is pretty but there is no protection for the shower because it is not inclined so the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. All the chrome in the apartment is eaten away by "I think" the use of acidic products for maintenance (cooktop, taps, handles ...). The room is cleaned every day with towels and sheets changed. Indeed, the towels sometimes have Langres stains even if they are clean. In addition, an excess of products gives a dirty appearance because it coats the tiles and accumulates in the joints. A good cleaning with hot water and scraping the joints would do good. Yes, there is noise around but the hotel has nothing to do with it. Too bad there are a lot of ants in the apartment. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL and very available to meet our needs whether it is maintenance. Maintenance, the pool manager or reception. The restaurant is great: the dishes are good and very generous and the staff superb. Big positive point of the hotel..I recommend the all-inclusive. Just Myriam who is super smiley and friendly but VERY slow and absent-minded..she forgets a lot and when there are people....complicated for her to manage. The swimming pool is really superb. Big. Clean. Lots of deckchairs. The Wifi picks up everywhere, that's the best. From in front of the hotel to the restaurant, the swimming pool and the apartments. Great week here. Great discovery.
