Pickalbatros Palais des Roses

I recently took my two kids (9&7) to the hotel on an all-inclusive deal in July 25. It was booked through an agent at a very reasonable price. The Hotel had just been refurbished and was in excellent condition. The common areas were all massive, elegant, and opulent but not overly so. Our room was a good-sized family room in which they put in an extra bed. It was a but of a squeeze because of that, but we never felt it was too small. The balcony helped, although it looked over the city, not the beach. The room was cleaned daily, and the cleaners were lovely, we came back to the room one day and found a necklace made into a heart. Very cute. The food was excellent, and my kids loved the 24-hour bakery, lovely, well-made pastries and desserts available all the time. Ever meal had chefs on hand to cook meals freshly made in front of you. That did cause queues sometimes, but the food was excellent, we loved the grilled meat every lunch. My kids struggled with the Moroccean cuisine but loved the Mediterranean restaurant. The staff were amazing. So welcoming and friendly. In Particular Ahmed at reception who gave me his number so we could WhatsApp, Ismel the towel guy who always had a smile and a laugh and the waiter in the Culina restaurant, unfortunately ive forgotten his name. But he made me smile every morning, never let me get my own drinks, and remember ed what me and the kids liked to drink, found me tables, and just was so nice. The pool lifeguards were super nice and checked up on an incident with my son the day after it happened. The entertainment staff were so friendly and lovely. They tried hard to make everyone have a good time. It was disappointing the kids club was not running, but my kids had a blast. On the downside, there are some staff on reception that needed better training or struggled with the language barrier, and the bottom of the pool rubbed our feet raw one day. However, the hotel had an on-site nurse who looked after me so well. We managed to get sub aqua shoes in a shop which protected us from then on. The hotel was so clean, I saw the pool chairs getting washed down every night, and there was green topped cleaning staff around all the time. They were all so lovely. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. Our first time in Morocco and it won't be our last.

From Emma, Rhian, Harry and Will We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at Pickalbatros Palais Des Roses in Agadir, and we can’t praise it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely welcome and relaxed. Food: The food selection was amazing – something for everyone at every meal. From freshly grilled meats to traditional Moroccan dishes and plenty of international choices, we were spoilt for choice. The dessert station was especially popular with the kids (and adults too!). Every meal was fresh, varied and delicious. Pools: The pool area is absolutely stunning – clean, spacious and well laid out. There were plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day, and the pools were kept spotless. Whether you’re looking for fun or relaxation, there’s a pool for it. The kids loved every minute! Cleanliness: The resort was immaculate. Cleaning staff worked day and night, making sure everything stayed pristine. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly each day, and even the outdoor areas were constantly being tidied and swept. A huge well done to the housekeeping team – they do an incredible job. Entertainment: A HUGE shout out to Samir and Mohammad – you made our holiday extra special! Your energy, kindness and humour were amazing. From pickleball and darts to archery and football, the activities were so much fun and really well organised. You made us feel part of the family and always kept everyone smiling and laughing. Towel Service: Special thanks to Ismael on towel duty – always cheerful, polite and so efficient. He remembered us every day and was just such a friendly presence around the pool area. This resort truly has everything – great food, beautiful facilities, top-class cleanliness, and a team who really care about making your stay unforgettable. Thank you Pickalbatros Palais Des Roses – we had the best time and are already talking about when we can come back!

Great hotel, staff are very friendly shoutout to Samir. Lots of choice for food at the hotel and great facilities around the hotel.

We had an amazing stay Pool great slides great Food fantastic Rude young bar staff Seem to have no education on manners. The pool and lobby bars. Everything else about our stay was great.
