Brand new hotel but disorganized and with architectural and structural deficiencies. The structure is flashy, all in black and white marble, disturbing for my taste, it looks like a cemetery chapel. Rude staff, many rooms and few elevators used by customers and staff. Chaotic breakfast, endless queues, no table service. Large swimming pool but with an absurd floor, already everything ruined and slippery. In the pool waiting for hours for a dish, impossibility of charging the bill to the room, often the towels were missing. Sorry but they are still a long way away, they should do some courses before opening a structure like this

Recently opened and extremely disorganized. The structure is beautiful and modern, located in a safe and very smart position (15 minutes walk from the souk, 15 minutes walk from the beach) but unfortunately at the moment there are more shortcomings. More than 45 minutes to have the room at check in (arrived at the correct time, they had also sent me confirmation) is unacceptable, we must have been 20 people waiting, at least they had served us tea or water, instead nothing. I appreciated the room upgrade, which I found spacious, clean and comfortable (presence of TV, hairdryer, air conditioning and safe), however the wifi never worked, and for a tourist it is often important to have it (I had to buy a local card). Good buffet breakfast, too bad that disorganization reigns here too, waiting to have even just the plates or glasses to be able to serve yourself. Nice gym, well-kept pool area, I point out that in the afternoon there is always quite loud music and from 3pm a DJ plays, I appreciated it but if someone wants to relax it is not for them.

Tendo em conta tratar-se de um 5* e, ainda por cima, novo, a avaliação deverá ter um alto nível de exigência. Assim, achamos que: Funcionários da recepção pouco acolhedores. Cumpriram a função sem pressas e mecanicamente, sem qualquer empatia com os clientes. Não tinham um simples mapa da cidade, nem sabiam dar informações básicas sobre pontos turisticos de interesse. Pequeno almoço com bastante boa variedade de produtos, relativamente bem apresentados, e de qualidade aceitável. Os produtos não estavam identificados, o que dificultava a sua escolha. Serviço de sala deficiente e demora na reposição. Wi-fi muito instável, muito fraco e lentissimo. Quarto de boas dimensões, com decoração agradável à vista, mas com uma cadeira de secretária e sofá super desconfortáveis. Não existiam roupões de banho (piscina) nem chinelos. A casa de banho possui bidé, mas não tem as respectivas toalhas. Os produtos de higiene são fraquinhos, fraquinhos. O exaustor não funcionava. O controle do chuveiro é daqueles complicados, quase um quebra cabeças para o pôr a funcionar. Colchão muito duro (tive que pedir um sobrecolchão para conseguir suavizar a dureza). O isolamento sonoro dos quartos bastante deficiente. Bom parque de estacionamento "guardado". Espaços exteriores, esplanadas e zona da piscina bastante agradáveis. Para concluir devo assinalar a fraquissima qualidade dos acabamentos do edifício e das instalações interiores.
