Zephyr Agadir

Very nice hotel. Such friendly and helpful staff. When booking I received a message to ask if we needed them to sort us a ride from the airport to the hotel so even before staying it felt very welcoming. The rooms were nice and quite large. Comfy beds and everything was very clean. Would stay here again. Good location as it was a 15 minute walk to the beach, easy to walk to lots of restaurants and buses nearby as well. Was convenient to have grocery stores on the same road to pickup water and snacks.

What a lovely hotel the Zephyr is, really cannot fathom some of the negative reviews. We had a 1 bed studio and it was a really nice apartment, modern, very tastefully decorated with everything we needed. My one small gripe with the apartment is there was no electric kettle but we just boiled water in a pan on the stove. The whole hotel was spotless and the cleaners came in most days. All the staff we encountered at the hotel were lovely, friendly and helpful. Although a bit of a trek to the beach and promenade the area the Zephyr is in seems very upmarket, it also felt very safe and there are plenty of nice restaurants, shops and supermarkets all within a short walking distance. Taxis are everywhere and very cheap. Other things to note are there was no iron or ironing board in our apartment, although we didn't need one and so I'm not sure if they have them available on request. Air-conditioning was free as was the safe in the room and the WiFi. WiFi is actually very good, I took my firestick so that we had English TV and had absolutely no issues all week. All in all a very comfortable stay at the Zephyr, I would definitely use again and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

I had a great stay at Zephyr Agadir. The hotel was very beautiful and exceptionally clean, which made my experience even better. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially the bellman Adil, who was extremely helpful and kind. Even the security guard was very polite and made us feel safe. The only thing that surprised me was that the hotel did not provide a prayer mat for guests, which I expected in a hotel of this standard. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

AVOID THIS HOTEL... RUDE STAFF AND BLANTLY RACIST AGAINST ANYINE SPEAKING ENGLISH... I have come to the hotel and was met with a rude staff member going by the name of yassine... He made us wait whilst attending to others who came after us. And he was not helpful and neither were other staff members. Also had issue with regards to parking and my luggage not been safe in this hotel. Avoid this hotel as other better hotels nearby which give better service and care. Also hotel requires a good clean as it has a foul smell.

Great 7nt stay here. Studio apartment met our needs - just a small point had to buy some washing up liquid and a cloth for dishes. Apartment kept very clean by staff towels changed every day and bedding changed during our stay. Balcony was good for breakfast and late afternoon drinks. Adil on front of house very helpful with luggage and local information.

Western-style corporate hotel does what it says on the tin... We had a very nice apartment, albeit with no towels, though quickly rectified. Good breakfast, though some information in the rooms about how to get there, and its timings, would be useful. Great staff though.
