Pleasant stay we enjoyed our trip and the hotel was perfect I recommend it

The restaurant offers very delicious food with a great variety. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are some cats that they are always around which make the place very homey. Enjoy the lovely view. I loved the salads and the fish. It’s so light

We'll never visit it again. We're completely disapointed. The only good thing is the location, but we couldn't enjoy it, the food is not bad too. But if you're with kids for a long stay, it is better to look for another place. The kid's lunch menu in the restaurant includes only souflaki and spagheti. If you are with HB stay, this is the menu for your all stay, because there is no other choice around. No soups, because the "chef in the kitchen is the boss and he desides", this was the explanation of the manager of the restaurant, when we asked fwhy the re is no soups in the menu after three days eating spagheti. The other thing that we complained about a couple of times was the furious competition on the beach for sunbeds. When we arrived we were given a card with the rules on the beach, it says that you are not allowed to leave your towel in order to save a sunbed. The situation is really sad, every morning the people are in a competition who will reach first on the beach to leave their towels and to go to breakfast after that. At 7 o'clock there is no chance to find free sunbed. You can imagine how dificult is for family with two kids to reach to the beach before the sunrise. This ruined the whole experience of our one week vacation. We're still here and today we had to pay 75 EUR for sunbeds in the paid area next to the hotel, because "we lost today's race".

This review is about helping people not to use the travel agent that we used. This review does not reflect on the hotel and our experience so far.. Do not use loveholidays I’m currently in Greece, I landed last night and after finding the correct area for our transfer and confirming our details, the driver from the supplier TLT came over to us and one other couple, he said the name of the hotel but didn’t say ours and instead asked us where we were staying, when we told him the simantro resort he did not know where this was and then proceeded to tell us it was not a hotel but a place with many hotels. However, he told us to proceed to the car and to look on our booking then took us to the Sani beach resort, once we were inside we were told this wasn’t our hotel and we had no booking with them. We were very concerned especially as I am blind and we were in Greece a country we do not know and don’t speak the language of, also where these hotels were there was no villages or towns nearby which we could go to. Luckily the reception staff were extremely lovely and wanted to help us in any way they could to try and resolve our problem. The lady who helped us googled our hotel and found a telephone number, as we tried the emergency phone number for loveholidays which no one picked up, we then tried the phone number attached the hotel and again we were cut off, so the number that the lady who helped us found we managed to get someone to answer but when we called the person on reception wasn’t able to tell us if we had a booking or not so at this point, we decided to simply get a taxi and go to our hotel, which cost us an additional €20. Luckily this was our hotel and we weren’t stranded. Then today we decided to give loveholidays customer service a call because we needed to sort this out, as we are extremely concerned that there will be no transfer to pick us up and we will not be able to get to the airport or fly home. First of all we tried the live chat, when we asked to speak to someone on the live chat the person we spoke to was extremely unhelpful, simply stated that it was a shuttle service which had a route and would only drop us off to a location near our hotel, which was completely untrue. This transfer had us and one other party and the man who was operating this transfer asked us where we wanted to go, there was no route that he had to go on and no one else that he needed to pick up or wait for. So after getting nowhere with the virtual chat and the awful customer service given through this chat, we decided to give the customer service line a call. Once we managed to get through to someone and explained our situation, again we were told that it was a shuttle service and that they only go on a certain route and stop at particular locations on the route. This was not the case as we were in a car with people who were on our flight and the man simply asked us both where we were staying and that was all he asked, he didn’t say that he had to foll

Beautiful beach, sandy and perfect for the young children, water has been hot for this time of the year, room was spacios and comfortable, service was perfect 10+. Food was delicious and well served, whole resort has acceptable program for the evening in beach bar and lobby. Highly recommend to all families with small children up to 12 years.

The bartender - Lefteris, who is on the Beach bar is the funniest! All of my drinks were amazing! Somehow he managed to surprise me every time! The other part of the staff on the beach bar is amazing too. The two waitresses Eya and Yoanna were really kind with us. We spent long night having fun with them. The receptionist Theodora is really helpful and helped me organize surprise for my father birthday. Nikoleta (the hostess in the restaurant) is very friendly and allowed us to take our breakfast although we were late. Our staying was fulfilled with a lot of laughing and moments to remember!

It was our first time at Simantro Resort and what a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great week with my family. From the outside pool, the beach, the beach-volleys court, or the different water activity, everything was gathered to spend a perfect week. The resort also has a spa where you can enjoy access to their sauna and haman in addition to various massages or treatments. I highly recommend the Taverna Olympos for their delicious Greek specialties with an amazing view of the sea and the lovely staff. We had an amazing week and we’ll definitely come back!

Simantro Resort is a nice hotel located directly on the seaside, surrounded by pinewoods. The room and the bathroom are large enough, comfortable and nicely decorated. The beach is very pleasant and is perfect for relaxing. It is well equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The sea is clear and warm, the sand is very fine. A sport coach animates sportive activities and he also gives advices about walks to discover the surroundings. I liked very much the taverna Olympos. They serve a lot of delicious greek specialities and all the waiters are very kind. It is located above the beach with a nice view on the sea. After dinner there are often animations at the Maestrali bar above the beach like musicians and traditional greek dancers. I had a very pleasant stay in Simantro Resort, it is a place where I would like to come again.

Simantro Resort is located on the wonderful samdy beach surrounded by pine wood. The air and the sea are unreal. Place is peceful and the arhitecture of the hotel with his rustic style is perfectly aligned with nature. The highlight of our trip was yoga, pilattes in shade of olive trees and hiking organized by Giorgios, who was very pproffesional and kind. I have to mention music programe that was in very high level.
