This review is about helping people not to use the travel agent that we used. This review does not reflect on the hotel and our experience so far.. Do not use loveholidays I’m currently in Greece, I landed last night and after finding the correct area for our transfer and confirming our details, the driver from the supplier TLT came over to us and one other couple, he said the name of the hotel but didn’t say ours and instead asked us where we were staying, when we told him the simantro resort he did not know where this was and then proceeded to tell us it was not a hotel but a place with many hotels. However, he told us to proceed to the car and to look on our booking then took us to the Sani beach resort, once we were inside we were told this wasn’t our hotel and we had no booking with them. We were very concerned especially as I am blind and we were in Greece a country we do not know and don’t speak the language of, also where these hotels were there was no villages or towns nearby which we could go to. Luckily the reception staff were extremely lovely and wanted to help us in any way they could to try and resolve our problem. The lady who helped us googled our hotel and found a telephone number, as we tried the emergency phone number for loveholidays which no one picked up, we then tried the phone number attached the hotel and again we were cut off, so the number that the lady who helped us found we managed to get someone to answer but when we called the person on reception wasn’t able to tell us if we had a booking or not so at this point, we decided to simply get a taxi and go to our hotel, which cost us an additional €20. Luckily this was our hotel and we weren’t stranded. Then today we decided to give loveholidays customer service a call because we needed to sort this out, as we are extremely concerned that there will be no transfer to pick us up and we will not be able to get to the airport or fly home. First of all we tried the live chat, when we asked to speak to someone on the live chat the person we spoke to was extremely unhelpful, simply stated that it was a shuttle service which had a route and would only drop us off to a location near our hotel, which was completely untrue. This transfer had us and one other party and the man who was operating this transfer asked us where we wanted to go, there was no route that he had to go on and no one else that he needed to pick up or wait for. So after getting nowhere with the virtual chat and the awful customer service given through this chat, we decided to give the customer service line a call. Once we managed to get through to someone and explained our situation, again we were told that it was a shuttle service and that they only go on a certain route and stop at particular locations on the route. This was not the case as we were in a car with people who were on our flight and the man simply asked us both where we were staying and that was all he asked, he didn’t say that he had to foll
