What a view. We stayed here for 2 weeks. Staff were all really friendly and very helpful. Made our stay more memorable. The view for breakfast was amazing and the food was lovely. We used the restaurant a few times for lunches and evening meals and it was always amazing. There were people getting up the first week for sunbeds. But the second week no problem getting a bed. The location is great for the village. Which is beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants. Bit of a climb up from the beach but worth it and there a bar at the top. The only downside was the bathroom. But it was a lovely hoilday and a very beautiful place .

Stayed here for 11 nights in a Superior double room. If we could give 4.5 stars to this wonderful hotel we would! The views from our balcony, from the restaurant & from around the pool area are absolutely stunning. Our room was comfortable but a little tired & in need of an upgrade. There was plenty of selection for breakfast however the hot food was not hot. This was noted by other guests too & seemed to be due to the air-conditioning running very high & the system to keep the food hot being ineffective. The staff are all an absolute credit to the hotel. Everyone is very friendly & always smiling. Special mention to Stella, Tila, Georgia & Daniella. We walked down to the beach via the steps next to Notos & back up the road via the village. This is a gradual walk uphill with places to stop & sit enroute & then a much needed stop off in the square in beautuful Afitos for a drink! We will definitely return!

This is a fantastic hotel, panoramic views, comfortable rooms, superb bar area. Food is excellent, the best breakfast we have ever had in Greece! Saff are polite and professional , hard to fault anything EXCEPT the Day Break Sunbed Blockers ! Despite the signs, these selfish people are up at cracking of dawn putting towels on beds and not using them till well after breakfast. The hotels failure to act is the only reason we can't give 5 stars. Lady with blue and orange striped towels should be ashamed of herself! Rant over but the hotel needs to clamp down on these people who ruin it for everyone else who don't wish to lower them selves to such bad behaviour.

We have been so lucky to experience our 10th year visiting the Rigas boutique hotel &spa as a family and as always it has been a phenomenal experience.! The owners and staff can’t do enough for you, the food is always delicious and of high quality and the drinks are amazing! Particular thanks to Tila and Stella, the way they have looked after our family over the years is incredible, they go above and beyond. The views from the hotel are like nothing you’ve ever seen before and even after all this time we are still blown away each time we visit. So thank you everyone. We will be back! See you all soon

We literally shedded a tear when we left (had to leave) this amazing hotel after a stay of a little over a week. The strongest asset of this wonderfully located hotel with a spectacular view are its people. We felt at home and so to speak part of the family from the very moment we checked in. The team is utterly wonderful, very very friendly, helpful, polite and pro-active with any questions we had. We got great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. I do not think we ever received so much kindness and smiles from any hotel staff EVER. Truly amazing and heartwarming The room we booked was rather compact but very cosy and had everything we needed, including a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the magnificent Aegean Sea and overlying peninsula of Sithonia. We enjoyed the sunrise a few times and spotted dolphins, which was magical. The property has a restaurant called Tuna, serving brunch, lunch, snacks and dinner. The choice is ample enough. They also offer daily specials. We rented their in-house boat for a day to go all the way to the southernmost tip of Kassandra peninsula which was great. The staff provided drinks and snacks to take on board. It is quite difficult to say anything negative about this hotel. If we had to mention two it would be that the building could use some small repairs here and there and that the pool area lacks space and beds for all the guests, creating the often very irritating and rather selfish rush for a pool bed as early as 6:00am(!). Not nice. The thing is that the walk to the beach is quite a stretch as the hotel is situated on top of the cliff. Then again, this has the advantage that the hotel is only a 2-minute walk away from the main streets of the charming village of Afitos with a myriad of restaurants, bars and shoped. Our stay was memorable and if we are to visit this area of Greece again in the future we will definitely be back!

Had a great stay at the Riga’s. The staff are just wonderful, they are always smiling and helpful and nothing is too much trouble Room in annex fine you had everything you needed. The pool area is lovely but you have to be up early to find a sun bed. Not enough sun beds to go round when busy. They could fit a few more in grass area restaurant is fantastic ,food wonderful Very near centre and Wi-Fi excellent. The owner could be a bit a little-more friendly with customers I would highly recommend this hotel and give it 4 stars rating. We will return

Never had a welcome like this! Staff are so lovely. Location was perfect, just a very short walk from the wonderful tavernas and bars. Breakfast was lovely. Met so many wonderful people there. The only negative was the sunbeds (or lack of them) There simply aren't enough for the amount of guests. To be fair the hotel did leave letters in the rooms saying that towels would be removed if left unattended for more than 30 minutes. This did improve the situation almost straight away as the people that put towels down and then went off for a couple of hours seemed to stop doing that. The beach is lovely and we managed the hike there and back and we're no spring chickens!! We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel, honestly it was just so relaxing and a big thankyou to all the amazing, friendly staff xxx
