這個價位已經有心裏預期不能要求太高。但着實被設施的破舊驚呆了，還存在安全隱患，洗漱擱置架用鐵絲扎住，鏡子破角鋒利容易劃傷。洗澡水溢出來，去到床邊的地面，容易滑倒。牆面破損，用紙粘貼住。店主是男的也勤快，自己做清潔。花灑也是從未見過的黑色塑料模樣，出水少。倒是熱水器能正常使用，沒有供暖，晚上蓋被子還是冷。

老闆為人實誠，態度好，人又隨和，一切從住店旅客需求出發，對客户提出點兒特殊要求，老闆也是儘量予以考慮。貼心、周到、問寒問暖，不愧為阿爾山創牌國家旅遊度假區的楷模典範。

優點1，老闆很熱情；優點2，停車很方便；缺點1，設施太陳舊了，雖然之前有心理準備，但是還是超出了預期；缺點2，沒有電梯，長者孩子行李多不方便；缺點3，房間隔音差，樓上樓梯噪音令人煩躁；缺點4，有些設計反人性，洗澡的門檻身高是175，否則夠不到開關

就在阿爾山市區，離阿爾山火車站不遠，出行很方便，在一個別墅區裏，雖然樓有點舊了，但房間收拾的乾淨利索，房東大哥非常熱情，酒店沒電梯，大哥主動幫忙拎皮箱，特別感動😹，還給我們推薦了周邊美食，有求必應，很温暖，在旅遊旺季，這個地段，這個價位的酒店算很良心了。停車🅿方便，樓底下停車場充足，對自駕開車的很友好。

酒店衞生環境還算不錯，基礎設施還可以，不算特別好，但也比較完善，地理位置非常好，離昆明站特別近，步行急步就到了，火車站也很近
