阿爾山景色迷人，是一個旅遊小鎮，建築也有特色，頗有異國風情。酒店屬於家庭旅館，開了有幾年了，所以設施不是那麼新，但好在還乾淨衞生。老闆很熱心腸，有問必答，停車方便，老闆會幫找車位，指揮停車。位置也挺好，小鎮不大，步行到網紅火車站和廣場就可以，大概10分鐘的樣子。

阿爾山去了很多次，酒店大概都在一起。幾乎都差不多，老闆都非常熱情，也不是負一樓，房間挺大的還給我們倒了山泉水

衞生情況良好，裝修雖然對我來講稍微有一些老土，但是我爸爸就覺得很穩重，因為老頭子正在全國旅遊，我每天給他定一個酒店✌️這邊設施齊全，交通方便，他説休息的很好❤️非常感謝！

房間還不錯，床上有電熱毯，很暖和，服務態度熱情，吃飯需要走到一段距離，設施比較簡單，洗澡是電熱水器，跟馬桶在一塊，容易淋濕馬桶，衞生間也容易積水。可以免費停車。

真的很出乎意料的一次住宿，對比了很多家選了這家，一開始沒抱什麼希望，以為就是一個小鎮的小賓館，感覺環境衞生應該會很差想着湊合一宿，但沒想到這麼乾淨，也不潮濕，衞生間的設施也沒有覺得老舊或者臟，老闆老闆娘都很熱情，有了問題都給及時解決，第一次住這麼乾淨親切的賓館，整個阿爾山市也非常的讓人驚艷，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，整個城市都很乾凈環境非常好，很喜歡這裏，臨走老闆娘還給到了小零食，如果有下次來還會住在這裏的

極度不推薦！整個阿爾山旅遊最不推薦的一家。作為攜程鑽石客人，第一次遇到前台女服務員要訓斥客人，男的一起上的情況，太嚇人了。手機裏寫的客人14點退房居然不知道，還説是攜程強加的。耐心溝通偏要給客人上課，講12點退房的道理，手機裏沒看到裏面寫的14點退房麼，自己去和攜程溝通吧。後面一天提前給點入住，沒提前和客人打招呼，還埋怨客人，居然通過攜程客服要求先給好評再給點退第二天房費！驚呆了，原來金福地的好評都是刷出來的，還是什麼榜的第一名，就是錢不要了也要把這家揭露出來，阿爾山的恥辱。點評就是刷上去的，要好評好評好評，離這家遠一些，別家要錢，這家要命啊！此外，房間很小，熱水器水衹能用一小會，極度不推薦，0分！建議攜程把這種商家驅逐出旅店業！

非常好的住宿體驗，性價比很高，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，熱水充足，停車方便，關鍵是老闆夫婦都非常好，熱情、實在、有求必應，主動幫你拿行李，主動為我們升級了房間，真實評價，值得下單，我們是第二次入住了，本來返程可以去其他城市，但家人還是覺得這裏好，於是再次體驗一下，必須好評！
