在他們外門上砸到手指，那個門開到一半有阻力，在往外開阻力消失，因此在門後的大理石牆上重重的砸到手指。五天下來手指都不能碰觸的疼痛，現在二十多天過去了，指甲處還是會疼痛，影響工作生活心情以及疼痛，一點賠償都沒有。現在洗澡洗衣服都做不到的，單手洗頭髮什麼的諸多不便，居然一點賠償也沒有，告知想要賠償走法律途徑。

海神温泉大酒店位置非常好找是一個老店的，但設施也相應的老舊一些，服務還有待提高。早餐品種不多，飯菜質量一般，服務人員的服務意識也有待提高。尤其是衞生間的設施亟待更新。

設施也都不錯，主要是位置好，衹提前了一天隨便挑了個三星，算是比較老的酒店了，房間內沒有異味，但是外面大廳抽煙的男士比較多

老牌酒店，中規中矩，洗澡洗一會就沒有水了，屋裡有温泉直飲水，亮點是住店可以5折買温泉博物館的門票149，去温泉博物館很方便。

酒店外觀不錯，停車場也很大，位置也可以。規模能達到四星標準。剛入住時有一個前台接待還不錯，給升級了房間。
設施太舊，維護的也不是很好，毛巾浴巾早改換了。洗澡的水很小，衹能站在浴缸裏洗。這麼大的衞生間應該改造一下。都是旅遊團入住，早餐質量有待提高。

住海神大酒店是打算去中國温泉博物館泡温泉，近300的票價可打七折，是一個老闆的。晚飯後去泡温泉，結果大跌眼鏡，宣稱有37個池子的温泉博物館衹開放了4個熱水池，基本都是大池子，每個裡麪不少於六七個人，上了虛假宣傳的當，這條件多少褻瀆了“中國”，“博物館”，如果你已經上當了，千萬不要抱怨，這裏的職工會辱罵你，其粗暴惡劣行為確實夠上“中國”“博物館”惡評榜水平，真是丟盡了阿爾山人的臉！千萬不要去中國温泉博物館，也沒有必要住這個酒店，有些房間鎖壞了，丟了東西咋辦。附近的酒店多且新，條件好，價格優惠。千萬不要和海神有關係！

真的是差的不能再差了，作為旅遊城市阿爾山一線酒店，冬季阿爾山最貴的酒店之一，你不能讓賓客有賓至如歸的感受，最起碼你把衞生做好了吧，那床單你們換過麼？電視是雪花電視？牆上是你們故意弄上去的裝飾品？真不知道酒店經營者怎麼想的，弄着這一幫敷衍了事的人在這裏

非常差，晚上零時全屋斷電，上廁所沒有燈用手機照亮。電視不好用，沒有洗髮水，馬桶及其贓。服務態度差，説好了温泉門票半價，到了就是七折了。房間設施極其差，滿樓道及房間及其昏暗。差，差，差
