I hit my finger on their outer door. There was resistance when the door was halfway opened, but the resistance disappeared when I opened it further out, so my finger hit the marble wall behind the door heavily. After five days of pain I couldn't even touch my fingers. Now more than 20 days have passed and the nail area still hurts, affecting my work, life, mood and pain, and I haven't received any compensation. Now I can't even take a shower or wash clothes, and washing my hair with one hand is such an inconvenience, and there is no compensation at all. I was told that I would take legal action if I wanted compensation.

酒店外觀不錯，停車場也很大，位置也可以。規模能達到四星標準。剛入住時有一個前台接待還不錯，給升級了房間。
設施太舊，維護的也不是很好，毛巾浴巾早改換了。洗澡的水很小，衹能站在浴缸裏洗。這麼大的衞生間應該改造一下。都是旅遊團入住，早餐質量有待提高。

住海神大酒店是打算去中國温泉博物館泡温泉，近300的票價可打七折，是一個老闆的。晚飯後去泡温泉，結果大跌眼鏡，宣稱有37個池子的温泉博物館衹開放了4個熱水池，基本都是大池子，每個裡麪不少於六七個人，上了虛假宣傳的當，這條件多少褻瀆了“中國”，“博物館”，如果你已經上當了，千萬不要抱怨，這裏的職工會辱罵你，其粗暴惡劣行為確實夠上“中國”“博物館”惡評榜水平，真是丟盡了阿爾山人的臉！千萬不要去中國温泉博物館，也沒有必要住這個酒店，有些房間鎖壞了，丟了東西咋辦。附近的酒店多且新，條件好，價格優惠。千萬不要和海神有關係！
