Arxan House Hotel (Huoshan Station Branch)

The lady boss had a good service attitude. She first said that we would be charged an extra 50 yuan to upgrade the room, but when she saw that we didn't say anything, she upgraded the room for free. However, I cannot praise the sanitary facilities. There was a musty smell as soon as you entered the room, the toilet was broken, and the bed sheets and quilt covers were obviously used by the previous guests and had not been changed. There were no bath towels or other things in the bathroom. I guess the landlady forgot about them. We arrived too late and did not ask the boss for them, so we had to make do with the ones we brought with us for the night. 350 yuan is not a very low price. I saw other customers’ comments saying that it looked good at first glance, but the details were too poor. I was still hoping for a lucky break, but the result was even worse! This trip along the Sino-Russian border to the Northeast was the worst stay I've ever had!

This is our second time traveling to Arxan, the first time was in 2016. This time it coincided with the peak of summer vacation tourism, and hotels and restaurants were almost fully booked everywhere. This hotel is in the villa area. At first glance, the room hygiene is acceptable, but some small details are still lacking. Rest at night is quite noisy.

阿爾山上，房間衞生還不錯，就是裝修比較舊了，牆皮也有脱落，服務態度也挺好。在阿爾山大部分賓館都是跟這個差不多的情況。
