酒店位置優越 ，前台服務熱情。優其是餐廳趙經理，不但人長得漂亮，而且對待客人禮貌微笑關心周到，對不同人羣，主動耐心介紹適合不同口味和需求的菜品，雖然我們衹在酒店住了短短的兩天，但卻給我們留下了十分美好的印象！祝福趙經理工作順利，家庭幸福吉祥！期待再次入住貴酒店👍🙂🌷

連續續訂了四晚的酒店，相信已經很能夠説明問題哈哈！前面寫了好幾個長評，這篇就簡單帶過啦，去阿爾山的朋友，如果選擇住在城裡，相信御榮不會讓大家失望！對於一個小城市來講，這個品質已經非常好了，可以完全信任！

阿爾山第一站我們非常慶幸選擇了該酒店，酒店房間很舒服，工作人員都很熱情，前台工作人員彬彬有禮和藹可親，熱情的告訴我們如何乘車去阿爾山景區，給我們一種賓至如歸的感覺，酒店的早餐玉米碴子粥好喝
酒店背後有一條景觀道，沿途環境非常優美，屬於阿爾山市規劃的景觀道，步行6-7分鐘就可以到汽車站
酒店也有共享單車（哈倫單車）可騎，每1個小時2元，我們在阿爾山市2天，就都是騎車遊覽，非常方便。感謝酒店，以後秋天再次遊覽阿爾山，一定會再來！

酒店位置很好，雖然離市中心有一點距離，但是步行就能到達，周邊安靜，空氣好。酒店大氣設施豪華。感覺唯一有缺陷的是兩點，第一門口的服務生不懂得服務，站在那裡看見客人來來往往也給引導，不懂開車門，拿行李。像沒事人一樣，站在那裡聊天。餐廳的服務人員服務意識有待提高，餐廳經理像是幹過大飯店的，有服務意識，但是下面的人員好像都沒有經過應有的培訓。還有就是配備的被褥太厚了，像是羽絨被，因為今年夏天特別熱，室內又沒有空調，蓋着有些不舒服

設施：比較古樸，衞生間非常，超極，無敵的小，房間還是升級過的，硬件趕不上酒店的檔次
衞生：一般，老舊老舊了，洗個臉能把衞生間弄的滿地水的那種。
環境：環境非常好，停車很方便，花園超級大，酒店也很大，除了房間小點其他都很OK 。有一個小型的小童遊樂場所。
早餐：超極豐盛，很值得
服務：非常好，有入住水果，服務員都很有耐心，還有保安巡邏。如果不是房間衞生間太小，真想多住幾天的。

這家酒店太豪華了，整個阿爾山最大的停車場，最大的酒店建築（有三棟樓），還有後花園，訂了三間房，為了能在同一層，前台小哥哥很大方的把房型給升級了，早餐更是超出預期，十幾種涼菜熱菜，光餐廳服務員都有好幾個，真是硬件軟件都非常棒的酒店！
