價錢太貴了，黃金週出來，應該翻了好幾倍，應該説是以前那種客棧，前面吃飯，後面人。比較簡陋，基本的設施是有的，衞生啊，怎麼説，還看到上一位客人留下的口罩掛在牆上。取暖呢，太一般了，不暖，很靠近發熱管，才感覺到。還好一人住雙床，多蓋一層被子。另外，隔音真不好！我有點耳鳴，但還是能聽到隔壁的呼吸聲，感覺厚度不是隔牆，是隔簾。整體就這樣，住一晚而已。

旅館在天池服務區，很好找。房間挺乾淨，沒有異味，店家自己燒的暖氣，燒的挺熱的，我們還訂了個火炕房，火炕+暖氣，內景窗，房間這麼熱乎都沒啥味道，應該還是比較乾淨的。睡的很舒服，很解乏。反正房間環境景區這邊也都差不多，和市裡肯定比不了，住這裏也是為了森林公園的晨霧和晚霞，繁星銀河。該有的都有，乾淨，暖和，外加牆壁房頂是松木條搭建，原生態的美吧。老闆和老闆娘人都挺好挺和氣。性價比很高，不踩雷，值得推薦。

整體來説本來都比較滿意的，晚上也有暖氣，床上也有電暖氣。但是離店那天，先整理好了行李早上出去後回來打算就走的，但是我早上11點不到回來，我就看到老闆進我房間開始整理床鋪，我都還沒有退房就開門整理，説是下個顧客要來，之前也沒有任何溝通，這點差評

店家十分熱情，有自燒暖氣，10月份有暖氣就舒服多了。作為民宿條件基本可以的，最應該提高的地方是衞生間應該乾濕分開

景區住宿條件有限，房間有供暖，也配備了電熱毯，24小時提供熱水。就是沒有提供紙巾以及一次性牙具，不是很方便

年初二入住，老闆娘劉姐安排老闆李哥接機，家庭式經營，乾淨整潔，三餐菜品地道好吃，免費接送到景點，並給了很好很實在的出行建議，避免花冤枉錢，還有雪地摩託、雪圈等，全程吃住行都安排得很到位、很滿意，大過年的真不容易，真正感受到了阿爾山人的熱情、親切，就像回家一樣！
