位置明顯，很容易找，門口停車位充足，房間大小合適，地暖非常溫暖，浴室很大，熱水十足，房間衛生整潔，餐廳沒有去吃，所以不清楚菜色。
酒店位置在服務站，上行下行遊玩都很方便。

酒店位於興安服務區，從外觀到內飾均比較上檔次。遠望周邊都是變色的落葉松，環境也很漂亮。旁邊的龜背巖景點，早起即可以去散步欣賞，坐車也非常方便。酒店內設有餐廳，用餐非常方便。

在阿爾山森林公園裡的住宿算條件好的了，但是房間真的很小，不過有地暖，晚上一點也不擔心冷～

設施在當地還算不錯的，但整體的服務一般，早餐很差，房間衞生一般，性價比不高，
每個人按份分早餐沒有問題，但是鹹菜給的很少，雞蛋一個饅頭是兩個，而且不能再加其他的東西，我覺得這個不太合理，對於這個價格來説好像不友好，

不知道這家酒店的老闆是不是攝影師，但酒店的外型是一個不錯的攝影題材。酒店在阿爾山森林公園的興安服務區內。自駕是可以進入森林公園的，不一定要坐擺渡車的。但你的車不可以在公園內隨便停。服務區外很少設施，但這裡有幾家飯店和一個超市，一般日常用品和一日三餐都不假外求。酒店本身沒有餐廳，也不提供草餐。房間舒適衞生
