1. 訂的雲來客棧，到了老闆説去後麪那個金帝酒店，説是一家的，國慶懂得都懂這明明是兩家酒店，也懶得追究
2.去了金帝酒店， 房間不提供礦泉水，要主動找老闆要，也衹給1瓶，沒有空調遙控器，要叫老闆來開空調，然後不給整夜開，説是電路有問題。 然後説有電熱毯，其實也沒有。 洗完澡發現沒有吹風機，老闆叫自己去前台拿。
總之是來內蒙住宿最差的一次

衞生挺好，環境挺好，服務挺好，電褥子都提前插上了，被窩燙手。提點合理化小建議，熱水器改進一下，熱的太慢，存水太少，不夠兩人沖涼；再有就是衞生員工作太積極，早上六點多點就幹活，挨屋敲門，在走廊大聲説話，客房有沒有退房，需不需要打掃不知道嗎，遊客都需要休息啊，尤其是出來旅遊的，不是都早上六點就出門，不會先問問前台嗎，無語啊。希望改進一下，也不是多難的事，下次還會選擇這家的，前台大哥大姐人都挺好。

呼倫貝爾自駕游回程到阿爾山，雖然衹是一晚過客，但老闆也很熱情，很聊的來～客棧位置也很好，出來過河就是聖泉廣場，吃飯啦買東西啦～都很方便，附近景色真好！阿爾山這個地方一定會再來的～

房間沒有供暖氣也沒有空調，衹有一個很小的電暖風，幾乎沒用，一晚上凍得要死幾乎沒睡着，朋友們慎重選擇！！！！

與聖泉廣場隔河相望，周圍基本都是類似的民宿，房間乾淨整潔。缺點就是和旁邊的民宿比，早飯稍微簡陋了點，餐品種類實在是有點少。
