不誇張的説，住過最差的酒店。馬桶上有尿漬，馬桶蓋下的尿液都噁心到沒拍。餃子淋浴頭破裂漏水，浴室牆嚴重開裂，瓷磚掉了好幾塊。卧室床邊不知道是什麼電器掉在地上一直沒清理，上面全是灰塵。
早餐種類又少又難吃，甚至連個包子都沒有，全是饅頭。餐具很臟，拿起來都能摸到上面的油

房間真的不錯，淡季老闆給升級了房間，住的很舒服，對面就是網紅火車站，走2分鐘就可以去打卡拍照了，下次還會再定的

距阿爾山火車站一百來米，步行可隨時去打卡。環境非常安靜。真心推薦。停車場車位多，適合自駕。

房間硬件設施特別差，很老，床又濕又潮，燈光很暗，衞生間淋浴竟然是個簾子，早餐種類少，兩三歲的孩子也收費！這是我住過最差的酒店，名字是酒店，實際上就是一個小旅館！

明明定的1.8米大床，然後生生地給安排了1.5米的小床，房間在電梯間後面非常擁擠狹小。 對於三口之家簡直無法入住，想要調換以沒有為由拒絕。態度極其惡劣，行為不端，前台居然會更客人對罵的酒店你們見過嗎？不要選擇！不要選擇！不要選擇！

老闆娘熱情，免費升級房間，很寬敞，也很舒服。還多贈了幾瓶水。插房卡取電不知道怎麼回事打了幾次火。有點嚇人。洗澡水足夠熱，但是水流時大時小。洗漱用品有洗髮水，牙具和香皂，沒有梳子。b座沒有電梯。有人幫忙拎着行李箱上樓。離阿爾山火車站很近，走個下坡就到。每天早上酒店外有幹活的人，叮叮噹噹的，吵。臨近中秋節來玩的，天氣有點冷，晚上馬路上冷風嗖嗖的，酒店沒有空調，但有電熱毯，晚上睡覺很舒服。停車場就在酒店門口，很大。早餐不太好吃，但是能吃飽，前台領雞蛋，每人一個。

酒店一般，1.酒店燈光比較暗，長者吃葯也看不清楚.2，酒店的熱水器沒有插上，到酒店九點多了，現插熱水器，熱了都幾點了沒辦法洗澡.3，姑娘睡覺的枕巾比較臟，早晨才跟我説。4.早晨八點打掃房間，敲門就進。5，退房時前台大聲説才聽見，悶頭玩手機，第二天雖然也在阿爾山，換了一個酒店，服務，環境都不是一個級別的，就怕對比。不推薦！！！
