The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful. even they are old and we are foreigner, we still trying to understand each other. They upgraded our rooms for free. Room is great, warm and the hot water always available. The restaurant hotel owner recommend us also very good and cheap 🥳 The position is also convinience when living in Arshan, highly recommend

一進房間，先去了衞生間，被嚇一跳，地面全是長頭髮，馬桶上也有頭髮和很明顯的污漬，懷着懷疑的態度去看床單，結果，果然枕頭上也有頭髮，立馬叫來老闆查看，他瞪着眼睛説哪裡呀哪裡呀，我拿衞生紙在地上抓起一把給他看，他就沒話可説了，叫來老闆娘，按照我的要求換床單，老闆娘一邊往外走，一邊極不耐煩的嘀咕：事兒。我呵呵了，做旅店生意就這種態度？晚上水壓特別小，八月份的天氣，孩子洗完澡以後就沒熱水了，等了半個多小時也沒見着熱水，白天開車太累了就睡著了。第二天早上起床發現還是沒有熱水，讓我老公下樓去找老闆娘問，才説是電閘跳了。整個一大無語！！

房間非常舒適，單棟別墅，停車方便，賓館位置優越，步行幾分鐘即可到市中心，到網紅阿爾山火車站衹需十幾分鍾。老闆很熱情，服務周到，不虛此行。

位置很好，距河邊幾步路，女主熱情洋溢，親切可人。房子很亮堂，陽光可進入。房子很乾凈，設施齊全，唯一不足的是，洗澡熱水衹有20分鐘，不洗頭尚可，．．

賓館位置很好，周圍吃飯出行都很方便，住宿條件舒服，特別是老闆給的礦泉水是每天特意去五里泉打的。老闆熱情，認真負責，看我們帶孩子回來晚還特意查電話找我們，怕出危險。
