Aershan Forest Resort (Aershan Railway Station City Government Branch)

It’s a super considerate hotel. It’s very clean and the service is responsive to all requests. It’s snowing outside and the scenery is beautiful. It’s warm when we get back to the hotel. The sister at the travel desk also helped us book a taxi and recommended delicious food nearby. It was great. It’s so considerate. I highly recommend it for the service and environment.

Overall: Just because it is newly renovated and looks like it has four white walls and nothing else, this B&B is worth 2980 for two nights. Absolutely bad review! The price/performance ratio is extremely poor. If you hadn't booked it in advance during the self-driving trip, it would have been 900 cheaper to stay in an ordinary B&B in a busy place in the city center. Location. It's not on the busiest street, but in an area where B&Bs are concentrated. It is more convenient for everyone to live in a lively place and suitable for walking on the streets at night. The urban area is small. Environment: As shown in the picture, it’s not clean! Service: There is no front desk. There is a B&B owner who runs around several buildings. He first gives his name and calls to ask the owner before he knows which building he is staying in. He carries the suitcase and goes there. By 9pm at night, all the room cards are placed in the hotel. There was no one at the front desk of the building. The lobby was full of newly arrived passengers, and everyone checked in by looking at their names on the cards. Heating: Insufficient, tile floor, you must turn on the electric blanket at night if you are afraid of the cold. If you want to come to Aershan, you must book a hotel in advance. It's not a B&B, the B&Bs here are all labeled as hotels.

Arshan is called a hotel, but most of them are three-story sunken guest rooms. First of all, it is really difficult to carry the luggage without an elevator. The double bed room is on the third floor. When I went upstairs, the cleaning lady helped me carry it up. She was very tired. The hygiene was too poor and there were even cockroaches! This is the first time I stay in a hotel with cockroaches. I changed the bed sheets and there were stains! Even the hair dryer sockets in the bathroom were tied up with wire. I was speechless. The breakfast was mediocre. I had to climb up one floor in another building and then go down to the basement to eat! Not worth recommending!

Very satisfied and comfortable

The room was clean, the bedding was very clean, the front desk girl was very welcoming, it was raining when we arrived, the girl came out with an umbrella to greet us, it felt like home 👍

Parking is convenient and you can park for free when you stay in the hotel. It is very close to the small train station. The price is quite reasonable, suitable for traveling and surfing the Internet when you have nothing to do. Clean and tidy, cleaned every day without any odor, highly recommended!
