The mattress was clean and hygienic. We stayed in a bungalow-like room with no mirrors in the room. It might be the only hotel in the world without a mirror. I had no idea the facilities were so poor that there wasn't even a mirror. The bathroom was so small that the shower water soaked the toilet seat. How could you use the toilet? You had to wipe it with paper towels, but there was only a small piece of paper in the toilet. After wiping the toilet seat, there was no paper left!

The room is very new, the bed is clean and hard.
I thought that for spending 600 yuan a night, I would have a wet and dry shower, but when I got to the room, I was very, very disappointed. Some rooms are separated from dry and wet areas, so there are pitfalls.
In the Tianchi service area, the road is dusty. There is construction going on around the hotel and it looks messy. Poor overall experience

門口有停車位，很方便。保安叔叔，前台小哥哥小姐姐和保潔阿姨都非常熱情。房間乾淨寬敞，贈送了伴手禮和小零食，小朋友超級開心。餐廳也是不錯的，點了幾個菜都沒踩雷。酒店離天池換乘站很近，森林公園遊玩特別合適。

酒店位置十分優越，就在天池服務區換乘站附近，是這裏最好的酒店了，停車方便，服務周到，給升級了1號院家庭套房，還送了電暖氣，房間很舒適。最貼心的是送了伴手禮，指甲刀套裝，剛好解決了我劈了指甲的急需，👍。早餐也很豐盛，期待下次再見

房間環境挺好的，超出預期，酒店幾位服務員和保安服務態度非常好，有什麼需求找服務員立馬都能響應，還會告知遊覽阿爾山的一些路線規劃。酒店就在天池換乘服務區旁邊，到哪個景點都非常方便。早餐種類也挺多的，推薦。

除了服務好點，其他都太差啦，五星級的1288元收費，比五星還貴點，200塊的配套，坑人的東北人，餐廳的飯也做的不好吃，點了個葱爆羊肉結果不是大葱是洋葱，小雞燉蘑菇成了垃雞燉蘑菇，雞肉太難吃了，早餐也差，蔬菜類的都一股味道，開水説衹能燒到80度，才1100米的海拔怎麼可能衹燒到80度的水，我們麗江的2400米的海拔水都能燒到90多度，張口就騙人，大家小心謹慎吧

阿爾山之旅最滿意兩件事：一是處處可見的山、水、藍天、白雲交匯的景色，二是處處周到的布穀名居度假酒店。酒店服務品質、設施布草、風格佈局、餐廳菜品……在森林公園應屬上乘，絕對物有所值。門口保安主動熱情給旅客問好開門拿行李；前台小姐姐熱情細心周到，看見一人帶兩孩子，馬上聯繫升級房間，看見孩子生病，立即拿葯送水，入住贈送伴手禮，臨別加送飲用水；早餐品種多、味道佳，優於市內酒店，特別是白菜芹菜餡包子絕絕子。這是一次非常難忘的食宿之旅，感謝貴酒店老闆和有緣遇見、擦肩的酒店職工朋友們，願酒店如阿爾山的美景一樣長長久久，下次再見。

人生第一次阿爾山之行圓滿結束了，布穀名居是景區裏最正確的選擇，酒店很新，乾淨衞生，服務熱情周到，酒店位置非常好，離景區大巴乘坐點步行7分鐘左右，在景區遊玩回酒店的途中，經歷了大雨冰雹，服務人員看到立即主動拿來暖氣哄衣服，驅寒，非常貼心，早餐也很乾凈豐富，布穀名居是阿爾山景區度假首選。
