Благодарю администратора за приветливость. И быстрое размещение. Номер 203 полностью соответствует описанию. В феврале было прохладно, номер обогревается кондиционером. Для не сезона цена с завтраком была очень доступной, в 3 раза дешевле, чем в сезон. Лифта нет, имейте ввиду - подъем по лестнице На этаже есть кулер Утюг и гладильная доска. В номере есть все для комфортного проживания: халаты, тапочки Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные, кровать и подушки удобные Все необходимые косметические принадлежности В номере есть чайник, чай, бутилированная вода Завтраки по меню в кафе на 1 этаже, понравилось, было вкусно Над отелем пролетают самолеты, у кого чуткий сон - не стала бы рекомендовать тк летают каждые 15-30 минут..

Прямо над отелем днем и ночью летают самолеты, об этом кстати нет ни одного отзыва. Окна номера комфорт выходят на торец другого здания, под лестницу, дневного света в номере просто нет! Об этом кстати тоже ни одного отзыва. Номера холодные, шумоизоляции никакой нет, слышно как хлопают дверьми даже с соседних этажей. Уборщица шумит за дверью нон стоп, отдохнуть днем здесь точно не получиться.

Заселялись в номер люкс отеля Tropicana Resort by Stellar, Адлер, 10 января 2025 года поздно в 22.00 после трудной и долгой дороги. Номер был заранее полностью оплачен с завтраком. К нашему удивлению, в номере был ужасный холод, окно было открыто (вероятно, очень долго проветривали?), а на улице немногим выше нуля. Дежурная на ресепшене посоветовала нагреть номер кондиционером. Который, по ее словам, входит в рабочий режим где-то полчаса. Но и через полчаса ничего не изменилось, кондиционер оказался неработающим. Ничего другого для отопления нам не было предложено. Уже в полночь нам пришлось звонить по близлежащим отелям и просить нас заселить. Гостеприимство и радушие мы встретили в соседнем отеле EL Paraiso. Это действительно классный и на уровень выше Тропиканы отель. Все было на высшем уровне. В Тропикане отмечу еще и совковый уровень мебели, пошарпанное кресло, полная безвкусица в стиле а-ля ампир. Деньги нам не вернули, хотя мы обосновали, что номер был не готов к заселению и рисковать здоровьем, ночую в неотапливаемом номере мы не могли.

Отель у моря. Рядом всё есть для отдыха. Красивая набережная. Номера просторные, удобные. Нормальные отель. Надо оставить отзыв минимум на 200 символов, а это лишнее совсем. Кому нужна вода? Я захотел такой отзыв оставить и сказать мне про это место больше нечего.

Компактный , уютный мини -отель с террасой и таким же своим рестораном на первой береговой линии, что очень привлекательно для летнего отдыха. По возможности ещё посетим этот отель в теплое время года,т.к. декабрь не лучшее время , но общее впечатление все равно наша компания получила.

В целом неплохой люкс с видом на море. Отель да, немного уставший, но не критично. Тяжело тащить чемодан по узким лестницам без лифта. И я бы предложила не заставлять гостей целиком самостоятельно заполнять анкету, включая даты пребывания. Это администраторам известно. А в остальном все ок. Администраторы любезны, вайфай устойчивый, номер просторный

Удобное месторасположение - недалеко от аэропорта, на берегу моря, рядом остановка.Чистые, Светлые номера. Персонал вежливый, всегда готовы помочь. На первом этаже ресторан, очень вкусные завтраки. Довольна на все 100%,что остановились здесь и рекомендую всем.
