Не первый раз останавливаюсь в данном отеле. Тем не менее дали, видимо, худший номер из возможных. За окном сразу какой то забор, который перекрывает половину вида из окна, номер оказался совмещенный через дверь с другим номером. В соседнем номере также заселили людей, при том что отель пустой. Шумоизоляция между смежными номера можно сказать отсутствует.
Отопление в номере не работало. Пришлось просить дополнительное одеяло.
В душе плесень, и это в отеле 4 звезды.
У меня была бронь у них на зиму почти на две неделе, пришлось отменить после такого опыта.

The most wonderful hotel ♡this is not the first time we have stayed there. And every time there are very good impressions. This time we checked in, we didn’t like the room, and the reception staff changed it to another one that satisfied us. In the evening, when we returned from a walk, we found in our room a whole dish of fruit with sprinkles and a note of gratitude, we were very surprised and delighted! I will also note a very tasty smell everywhere in the hotel. Another huge plus is the breakfast, varied and delicious. Super helpful staff!
