I hate the beaches of the Black Sea, irrespective of what country they may be located, and Adler/Sochi is no exception. Be as it may, and after this fist stay, this hotel has now become a destination for our family, as it nears quasi perfection on everything you except from a nice beachside family resort, particularly with younger (Russian-speaking) children. I would also strongly encourage you pick a room with a view, such as ours, and the comfort of superior rooms, which for instance gives you access to a privatised breakfast area that works until 12:00. Spa lovers will also be happy knowing the “Spa Sibo” is great, clean and perfectly serviced.

Good afternoon! I liked it all very much. Comfortable stay at the hotel, friendly staff. Great spa, only the water in the outdoor pool can be made a few degrees warmer, not very comfortable. Delicious, varied, healthy breakfast. The view from the business class room is amazing. I was satisfied and now I am looking at May promotions and discounts in your hotels in Russia. It is a pity that it is impossible to make a selection on the official website for all hotels of the chain at once. There is one more hotel on my list of favorite hotels. Thank you very much for your quality work, professionalism and high level of service and safety.

Роскошный отель на первой линии, был номер с видом на море. В каждом номере балкон поэтому можно с комфортом дышать морским воздухом прямо не выходя из номера. В отеле есть шикарный Спа который работает и в зимний сезон тоже. Чтобы описать завтраки не хватит слов, разнообразие блюд и их качество выше всяких похвал. Да в сезон ценник высокий, но вы платите за исключительный сервис и отдых!

Хороший отель с прекрасными завтраками, но расселение непонятно по каким критериям ! Мы с друзьями забронировали два номера в одни и те же даты заезда нас заселили на 2й этаж, друзей на 7й! Впрочем мы не гонимся за видом! Но наш отдых в первый же вечер омрачило отсутствие москитных сеток на балконе! В номер залетело порядка 26 комаров которые искусали меня и моего ребенка! На ребенке было порядка 67 укусов !!!! Весь оставшийся отдых мы били кровавых комаров и чесались !!!! А так же не могли открыть больше балкон! Поэтому наличие балконов вообще непонятно! Когда ты просто не можешь открыть дверь и спать в свежем воздухе а не с выключенным кондиционером!!! Сотрудники отеля нам вежливо предложили 3 фумигатора которые абсолютно ни каким образом не воздействовали на комаров и нас продолжали кусать 2 оставшиеся ночи!!! В общем отель не стоит потраченных денег, за этот бюджет можно выбрать отличную Турцию! Ну если кто ограничен во времени и не желает лететь в другую страну тогда перед тем как ехать сюда обратите внимание что в номерах на нижних этажах прийдется бороться с комарами весь свой отдых!!!
