Overall the perfect hotel located a little bit elevated in mountains, but there is free cable car pass for the guests. The room is huge. High end equipped as well as furnished. The breakfast nice. Would love to stay once more if need to go to this place. But please remember this is not a Sochi :)

Nice hotel,fine foods, good weather snow, beautiful breakfast. Nice soul spa, great work the staff . Lovely people at the reception,have hospitality green key and the beast RPS Achievement 2023 Premium Brands.

Perfect Hotel in term of: Hotel team surrounding you with open hearts, out-of-box thinking, perfect services; excellent location just in 100 meters from main slope; yumee RAKLET restaurant; very responsive room service. Always available cart ride to the slope.

Великолепный сервис, начиная от ресепшена, заканчивая охраной и горничными, все очень приветливы и доброжелательные, очень хорошие завтраки, в номере тоже все понравилось, отличные кровати, неплохой спа, после катания самый раз!!

Очень приятный отель, хорошая мебель, продуманные системы хранения, умный дом, Алиса, камин Уютные ванные комнаты Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки Шоколадный час ежедневно СПА зона и массаж очень тоже порадовали Продуманная комната для хранения лыжного оборудования

Бомбический отель! Всё на высшем уровне! Начиная с работы ресепшен (отдельный респект Ксении😎) и заканчивая уборкой номеров! Всё приветливые, улыбчивые. Очень приятно. Приезжали кататься на лыжах, поэтому тут чуть поподробнее, в отеле есть бесплатные лыжные комнаты (очень удобно), до канатной дороги и с неё привозят и отвозят в любое время) Завтраки отличные. Вообщем придраться не к чему💪 Рекомендую. 👍
