Был в отеле в этом году трижды. Три раза оставлял сноуборд до следующего бронирования. На этот раз на мое бронирование в мае, якобы поменялись правила, как сказала Анжела менеджер, что теперь я оставить не могу. Когда сказал, что оставлю в сушке как забытую вещь, менеджер аж побежала чтобы меня туда не пускать. Фу, противно. Никогда такого не видел унижения. Тем более отель который позиционирует 5 звезд. Если не можете удовлетворить клиентов, тогда о какой клиентоориентированности может быть речь. Тогда вопрос? А зачем мне тогда вообще останавливаться в отеле? Если сервис каждый год падает, его вообще нет. Они не справляются с таким количеством людей. В прошлый раз заезд в номера предоставили только к 7 часам вечера. Никакой лояльности и уважения к клиентам нет, хамски говорят. Раньше за любое неудобство звонил менеджер, спрашивал как все прошло, видели было замечание. Удалось решить. Сейчас все наоборот, не нравится и не приезжай. Вот подход отеля. Вопросов по сервису уйма. В сезон нужно любой отель брать, только не Мариотт, в другие дни, еще как то можно проживать, и то, требовать менеджера. Хотя. Менеджер менеджеру рознь. Еще раз повторю, что за 10 лет, сервис падает ежегодно.

Останавливались в данном отеле с 10.09-12.09 на день рождения. Это было незабываемо прекрасное проведенное время. Очень чуткий, заботливый и внимательный абсолютно весь персонал. ❤️Замечательные и шикарные номера, прекрасные теплые бассейны, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки (гастрономическое удовольствие), большой и комфортный спа. По приезду в номере ожидал сюрприз ко дню рождения от отеля - комплимент, а так же апгрейд номера с видом на шикарные горы. Хотим поблагодарить весь персонал за их клиентоориентированность и заботу об их гостях!❤️ Обязательно вернемся к Вам!❤️

Отдыхали 4 дня с мужем и ребенком 7 лет. Сплошной восторг от отеля, сервиса, кухни и территории в целом! Хорошая анимация на улице у бассейна, проходит 2-3 раза в день, детям реально интересно! Игровая 700р в час не стоит заявленных денег и подходит для детишек ,скажем, до 5 лет, старше - скучно. В номере удобнейшая широченная кровать плюс раскладывали допместо для дочки - диван, он так же широк и мягок, доплачивали около 2000р за сутки. Всего 4 бассейна, с такой теплой водой, что я буквально засыпала там от неги! Один бассейн с прохладной водой. Хороший бар, особенно классные креветки! Завтрак обильный, максимально разнообразный, работают официанты. Встречает аниматор для детишек помладше. Нам понравилось все - локация, все что внутри, даже спортзал отличный. Вернемся!

Караоке развод на деньги, вы приходите , вам говорят , что столики остались только для больших компаний и снимают с вас 50 тыс, потом просто ваш стол игнорируют , никто не дает вам микрофон , бэк вокал никто не включает , отношение как к лохам , нет нормальной очереди , нет порядка , те кто платит по 20 твс за вне очерди поет , вы ждете часами микрофон … просто полное г…….. гараж монтаж шараж. .. не получили удовольствия , только ощущение развели как лохов
