I didn’t even know where to begin. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, they have inadequate amenities, the service is poor, the pool and their gym is for locals too, so guests don’t even get to enjoy anything. The bathroom door was broken, the AC was leaking , there’s mosquitoes, the bed had stains. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been too. The location was the only decent thing. Also it’s so noisy at night!

The company I work for normally reserves this hotel for guest visiting from abroad. As it was my first time, I trusted my company so I booked myself into the hotel. However, next time, I am definitely not staying there. The sitting chair in the hotel room was broken. The bedsheet had stains on it, see attachment. The walls were dirty, and the AC did not work efficiently. The only advantage is that a gas station is close by, so I could easily walk to the ATM to withdraw cash anytime I needed to.

My favourite hotel to stay in Accra
This is my second time staying in AH Hotel and I really enjoyed how convenient, helpful, polite and mostly being able to offer food I can actually eat and enjoy because I’m extremely quite a fussy eater.

Nice place to stay, like the idea of having a restaurant and lounge area. Breakfast is included with your stay. The rooms could use microwaves for late night eating. Restaurant and lounge is closed at certain time. Staff was nice and helpful.

I have only been to the buffet restaurant for dinner which cost Ghc 350 per person. I am not commenting about the hotel because I have not stayed, I am only commenting on the buffet restaurant. The band played non stop making it impossible to have a conversation. The food was plentiful and various but to my standard, tasteless. If you want to eat a lot and you like loud music them it is right for you.

My stay at the AH Hotel was just okay. The staff was neither friendly nor helpful, which was disappointing. Additionally, my room key stopped working almost every other day, causing significant inconvenience. Overall, I expected a more seamless and welcoming experience.
