Firstly, I think we overstayed our welcome. At first the reception was good but as soon as full payment was made for the entire stay, we literally had to beg the staff for everything. Bathroom was not washed frequently, and when the house keeper reluctantly comes to wash the bathroom, she mops only the floor and she's out. everytime we begged for our sheets to be changed often times we get the excuse of they ran out of sheets. The staff started treating us like they were doing us a favor by attending to us, few times we had to call multiple times to get us tissue paper. In summary, the facility needs more capable hands else they would loose potential customers and more.
