I booked my room directly through their official website, yet there was no mention of this process. I struggled to find a way to enter the hotel and ended up spending over an hour trying to get in. The worst part was the housekeeping staff. A cleaning lady rudely knocked on our door and insisted that we leave even before the check-out time. This was completely unacceptable. As a tourism professional, I believe that hospitality should come first—before implementing modern systems, make sure to show a warm and welcoming face!

A well equipped, well situated apartment for four weary walkers. We had been badly let down by another apartment nearby, who had failed to deliver a key code to us! The desk staff at the Apart Hotel were terrific, quickly getting us in, and setting up a lovely Welcome package of assorted goodies. Thanks to them.
