Honestly my best stay we’ve had in Switzerland due to the views purely.
The space is stunning but the staff could be nicer.

It’s a top hotel in the town. Room is spacious with spectacular view. Services and food are excellent. We had dinner at the hotel, I would recommend to try the beef with aged soya sauce.

Great place, lovely spa and little pool to relax with the view on mountains.
The reception stuff has been great ! Special thanks to receptionist Benjamin.
I had a suite with wide terrace and view on the mountains , amazing views! Also very nice lounge place with panoramic place.
We came with a little dog, it’s a dog friendly hotel.

Ctrip’s housekeeper helped me apply for a panoramic room with a balcony. The view was amazing. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. It was very pleasant to sit on the balcony and drink coffee while watching the scenery. There were many stars at night. The breakfast was rich and of good quality. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and bottled water and soda were provided. The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic. You can ask for a tourist card when you arrive at the store, and you can get a discount on the cable car. There is a free indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, and there are massage bubbles outdoors. You can order drinks and take photos during certain hours. Swimsuits are not allowed in the sauna area, and men and women are mixed. The fitness area is open 24 hours a day and provides drinks and snacks. The hotel parking lot is 20 Swiss francs/day, and you can also park in the public parking lot next to it, 16 Swiss francs/24 hours. The city tax is 4.1 Swiss francs/person.
