The apartment is conveniently located, it is one block from Central Market and Chinatown, 15 minutes walk from Rundle Mall. Many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is clean and spacious. It has a big living room, kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave and fridge, also it has a washer and dryer, laundry detergent provided. The bathroom is average size, may be because the washer and dryer are in there. Underground parking is $30 per night. I definitely would stay here again if I visit Adelaide again.

The staff were great, the size and fitout of the apartments were good and for Adelaide CBD the price was competitive compared to room only stays.
The positives as well as above were the location to the main shopping area ( Rundall Mall ), the bus station, tram stops, theatre and numerous restaurants/ bars.
The negatives - noise ++. The rooms are off a very stark, concrete and bear corridor, no dampener on the doors and no sound insulation in the rooms. We could hear talking, shutting off doors, walking in the corridor etc - no problem at 6pm but at midnight when we had a 5am alarm it was a deal breaker. No one was being loud, the apartment complex is just a sound nightmare for light sleepers. No helped by tye face the bedroom is on the corridor wall and has a large window to the corridor.
The other issue for me was the quality of the sheets, they were quite rough and uncomfortable on the skin.
If you are a good sleeper then this us an ideal stay. If you are a light sleeper then pack the ear plugs.

The apartment is conveniently located near rundle mall and central market. The room was dated, and the tv program has limited choice. The heater was located in the living room only. Therefore, you may feel cold inside the bedroom
The parking was a challenge, especially when exiting the car park with the steep slope, be mindful of what car you are renting as it may be scratched.

The apartment is a bit dated but with no problem at all. We did cook for one night and I found It would be nicer if kitchen towels, a pair of scissors, oil and al foil could be provided. There were a couple of days raining when we stayed in Adelaide, there were only two short umbrellas in the apartment for guests to borrow, one handle was broken another the canopy slipped out from one of the ribs. That’s out of our expectation. Those were minors, so overall it’s still good.

It was a large room for the price, but apart from being dusty in many places, the dishes were almost never completely clean, but other than that there were no faults.
