The hotel is relatively old, and the decoration and furniture are all old. The air conditioner and refrigerator in the room are very loud, and it is impossible to fall asleep with them turned on. We had to turn them off to fall asleep. The room does not provide basic supplies such as slippers/toothbrushes. I am not sure if they will be provided if we ask for them separately, because we brought them ourselves, so we did not ask for them. Breakfast ends at 9:30, which is early, and the front desk will not tell you clearly when you check in. There is no indication in the room when breakfast ends, so you need to ask at the front desk. All the service staff in the corridor do not greet guests, and the experience is very poor. We booked 4 days, but because we were not satisfied with the hygiene and environment of the room, we applied for a refund for the 3 days we did not stay. The hotel refused and insisted that if we canceled the reservation, they would charge one more day's room fee as compensation. However, during this period, the Ctrip staff has been actively coordinating, and we are very grateful. Finally, the hotel occupancy rate is very low, and I hope everyone can avoid thunder.
