The sheet smells a bit , no pool or gym, charge $25 for parking and the manager at the front desk is rude

Location 10/10, close to everywhere with free connector buses and walking distance to every location.
Breakfast, disastrous. Lacking variety and not tasty at all. But the waitresses there are super helpful and friendly. Appreciate that.

I didn't ask for a morning call and at 4：30am a woman called my room landline and says she's the hotel receptionist giving me morning call service. If that guy is the real hotel receptionist then she made a bad mistake to wake me up, and if it's a prank I reckon it not funny at all.

The hotel is located on a side road which is easily missed.We had to take another turn to locate it.
Car parking is at a public location just down the road.
The hotel which is fairly new is well equipped and conveniently located within walking distance of Rundle Mall and the train station.
The only complaint I have is that the water draining from the shower area may overflow into the toilet area and entrance to the toilet.
Apart from this minor issue,the hotel is excellent in most aspects.
The staff are responsive and pleasant.
As a side note,Club 129 down the alley and opposite the train station,serves a decent meal with promotions throughout the week.

Really glad we were staying opposite our friends room which was a different type. Breakfast was a disaster on the first day but had no issues for the remainder of the stay.
