My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary this year by visiting Adelaide. Stamford Plaza was our main base as we travelled throughout the region experiencing all of the arts, culture, history, Architecture, food and wine of the region. Our stay at Stamford Plaza was pleasant and clean with all the amenities needed in a central location. To raise the bar though it was the service we received at Stamford Plaza from Jacqui aka Jax that made it extra special. From her warm welcome, recommended attractions and hot spots to the extra special touches including bottle of wine to help us celebrate. Our memories of our stay in Adelaide were greatly enhanced due to Jax and the Stamford Hotel. Thank you!

The property is conveniently located on the North Terrace among the campus of University of South Australia. Hotel parking was limited but it was not a problem of us as we were mostly out early in the morning for sightseeing and only back after dinner. Hence we parked our car along Liverpool St which offered free overnight parking. The Oval, Railway Station and Rundle Mall are all a few minutes walk away. We were given a corner room on the 2nd floor which was HUGE. The room was slightly dated but it was clean and functional.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom appt, upgraded to 1 bedroom executive with spa , AS always a great stay, easy check in/out, lovely clean appartment, great, friendly staff, walk to adelaide town centre, and ******

Majestic M Suites are our go to every time we are in Adelaide. The quality of service, room cleanliness and comfort make this arguably the best accommodation venue in Adelaide. An added bonus is the secure underground carpark . Quality eateries are only a short stroll making it a well located.

The hotel is located on a side road which is easily missed.We had to take another turn to locate it. Car parking is at a public location just down the road. The hotel which is fairly new is well equipped and conveniently located within walking distance of Rundle Mall and the train station. The only complaint I have is that the water draining from the shower area may overflow into the toilet area and entrance to the toilet. Apart from this minor issue,the hotel is excellent in most aspects. The staff are responsive and pleasant. As a side note,Club 129 down the alley and opposite the train station,serves a decent meal with promotions throughout the week.

Location is very good. Looking for foods just almost few step away from Chinatown and central market. Hilton have live up his name.

Lovely hotel. Great location near river and festival precinct. Club lounge provided great breakfast options and evening canapes and drink selection were very generous ( enough to replace dinner on at least one occasion).

Well located. Couple minute bus ride from the city center! The pub underneath is really nice. Good food and good atmosphere.

The room and staff were great. However, there were sounds coming from the ceiling fan in the bathroom, sounds which very much seemed like there were rats up there.

The hotel seems to have just been opened two years ago, and the decoration is very new and modern. The sound insulation is not very good, people passing by the door can be heard very clearly. I didn't have time to experience the swimming pool and gym, so I don't know how it was. The service at the front desk is very friendly. Overall, the price/performance ratio is the best choice.
