Royal Garden Villas, Luxury Hotel
4.7/568 Reviews
We have just recently returned from our holiday with Royal Garden Villas which was one of the best we’ve ever had. The villa, resort accommodation, service, and hospitality was the finest we’ve ever experienced. All the villas were full yet we hardly seen any other guests when using the facilities such as the spa (which is world class by the way) and communal swimming area at the pool bar… it was amazing. The finer touches make the experience even greater… such as the stocked bar and fridge, to easy ordering via WhatsApp (very clever) and the inflatable float left in our pool, because they knew we had a 7 year old was unexpectedly yet very much appreciated and welcomed. The staff are amazing. They will do anything for you and the manager makes the effort to come and great you at breakfast to welcome you to the hotel. The royal boat excursion was brilliant and the captain was delightful. The complimentary travel to and from the boat was also very much appreciated. You have to do this if you’re stopping! The hotel even arranged our transfers and a private limo service from the airport. All in all… 5* luxury is an understatement. I would class this place as a 7* luxury resort. Oh, the restaurant, service, and food was also out of this world. The views were also unbelievable! I’ve added some photos we taken. If you can stop at this place please do, it will be the best decision you ever made.

We’ve just returned from a 7 night stay at this beautiful hotel. We’re a family of 3 which includes our 20 month old toddler. Just to set the tone of this review….The hotel couldn’t have been more perfect for all 3 of us. - We booked a junior suite and we’re lucky to get allocated a suite that has separate bedrooms. This was a hugely appreciated bonus as that meant my husband and I were still able to spend the evening together once our toddler was asleep without having to sit in a dark hotel room. I’m sure other parents know what I mean and what a massive difference this makes. :) -Food was super tasty and varied. I highly recommend the grill station outside of the restaurant. The lamb cutlets were delicious. Plenty of choice also for children/toddlers. The staff was so super friendly and rushed to make sure a high Chair was readily available and a kids plate/cutlery was quickly provided too. I loved the fact that there were lots of families with children but also plenty of couples by themselves. It’s high class and definitely 5* and the hotel with its set up has found a great way of keeping up that standard. -All pool areas are really well payed out in my opinion. The kids area (which is absolutely perfect) includes two pools, water slides for slightly older children and a couple of small slides for toddlers. The outdoor play area is brilliant and has everything a toddler (and older kids too) would need. They also have an indoor play area attached to the restaurant which had been very helpful when our toddler didn’t want to sit at the table. At least one of us was able to eat, whilst the other one was in the play area with her. Genius 😊 - The kids club was incredible. The staff is super friendly and our daughter loved spending a couple of hours a day with some new friends in the crèche. No doubt, this feature therefore allowed my husband and I to make use of the Spa or simply chill by the pool for an afternoon. Thank you to the whole team for making this possible. You guys rock! These were just some of our highlights, and I could go on and on but all in all this hotel definitely deserves this great review. We will definitely be back and I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 'luxury' family holiday. We can’t wait to book again! Thank you to Roca Nivara for some beautiful family holiday memories.

First visit to this hotel but will definitely be back. The rooms are fantastic. Large and comfortable. Good size balcony with table chairs and sunloungers. It’s an open bathroom which is ok for couples, but to bear in mind if travelling with a friend. The breakfast is probably the best we’ve ever had. Lots of choice of fruits, meats, cheeses, yoghurts. Hard to think of anything that was missing. A menu for cooked to order too. I loved my morning smoothies. Only slight complaint is that the hot selection wasn’t very hot. The pool area is very relaxing. Sometimes a bed shortage but we didn’t struggle too much. The rooftop pool has a great view but we prefered the space at the garden pool. The rooftop bar was lovely for a pre- dinner drink. Not cheap but expected really. The staff everywhere are excellent. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurants as we prefer to go out in the evenings. La Caleta is a lovely small resort with a good selection of restaurants. Enough choice for a week. If you want to walk into Costa Adeje it’s a lovely walk along the seafront, takes about 35/40 minutes. Or there is a taxi rank next to the hotel. We found a hidden gem of a tapas restaurant in a little shopping centre near the back of the hotel. Secrets tapas, not the best outlook compared to the seafront restaurants but the food was excellent. So pleased we have finally found a part of Tenerife that we will look forward to coming back to.
