Me the wife and 2 kids stayed for 10 nights Could not really fault it clean tidy with lovely helpful staff 3* and spirits on the all inclusive was real stuff the wife is fussy about her Malibu The food was really good not a huge selection but pride was made in the cooking of what was available something for everyone 2 meat options 2 fish options rice, pasta and potatoe options as well as a decent salad bar The all inclusive snack bar offered toasties chips pizza nuggets hotdogs and burgers from 10:30 every day Only down point I can say is no music around the pool during the day and not much pool activities apart from your daily water polo Night time entertainment was ok something different each night Short 10 euro taxi to most places if you want busy but quiet by the hotel Most excursions we found better getting a taxi too as it was between 10 and 15 euro rather than doing hotel drop offs in a coach Must trips Sian park (Nights) no queues and not stood in the heat Camel park, cheap and fun for kids riding camels HHT drag show night ( brilliant) all inclusive through jet2 rep gets drinks nice 3 course meal and really family friendly show and so funny Would 100% go back it was a brilliant holiday and a brilliant hotel

The place needed a bit of updating but on the whole it was nice.food was nice enough for me to go back for more. When I book all inclusive with on the beach it said with local and name brand drinks included. Even a hot tub, but when we got there the hot tub was only for people who had paid more and I couldn't even get a bud beer on my package. Sport bar was a nice relaxing place a d Sebastian who worked there was really nice and chatty. However on Thursday or Friday he finished for 4 days break and we got served by another bloke who's name I could not pronounce but he was not nice to me at all, in fact at one point he really hurt my hand by throwing the menu in to it. If my husband went to bar he was lovely to him but I went and he never spoke nicely to me or even say hola. I asked for the drinks menu one night and hr huffed walked off then when he came back he slammed it so hard in my hand that it hurt. This really upset me, has i spoke in as much spanish has i could to order my drinks, after this I refused to go to the bar any more after that if he was there. Our fridge was stocked up daily with drinks and on my husband birthday we walked into a nice little happy birthday wish and a bottle of fizz. I would still return but would not go to bar if he was still there.

We stayed half board for 4 nights over Easter and overall a good experience. Our room was on the fourth floor. Unfortunately we were not given any directions by reception and the first lift we entered only went to 3. I came out and looked and realised although connected there are 4 separate blocks and only one had 4 floors. The lift is quite small, 3 of us and cases was a squeeze. The room was fine, okay they are a little dated but it was clean and we had enough room with a living area, bathroom and bedroom. The balcony overlooked the pool but you could see the sea and even la gomera in the gaps. Food was fine, there was enough choice okay it's not 5 star but then it isn't a five star hotel. The staff certainly try hard to vary the meals in this respect, fair play to them. Our son was ill one night and they were quite accommodating, which hasn't always been the case at more expensive hotels we have been to. The location is quiet but nice, La Caleta is gorgeous we walked there a lot, forgoing the half hour walk to Adeje and the other resorts most times. The cafe/restaurant on the nearest black beach was good. We got a good deal considering it was over the Easter holiday, I would definitely consider staying again
