There was no hot water! It was room temperature lukewarm at best. There’s also an issue with my door. The dead boat comes out when you enter and would not go back in without using the keypad again and turning the knob down to get the deadbolt to ret Reeve

No breakfast other than Starbucks. Had to go out for regular breakfast. TV Remote was awful. Took forever to even turn on. Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was great as always. We stay here often when in town. Staff at the desk were wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Pool was open but was full of debris and settlement on bottom. Pool deck hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Trash and leaves were all over. Our room had a mildew smell. Lost electricity for a few hours our first night. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Sheets had small blood stains. If it wasn’t for the service I would rate this lower.

Very clean room and clean bathroom comfortable bed.
Didn’t like pay parking per day didn’t cover security. Pay parking just an add on fee and I didn’t notice the fee when ******* booking.

My complaint has to do with Yassi who works for ******* whom I chatted with over the phone. They did not listen from the start. They threatened to charge my credit card without my consent. This is the poorest customer service experience I have ever had. We booked two king size beds at the Marriott for four people. When we arrived they only offered us one room with one bed for four people at the same rate. I pleaded with ******* at 11pm in the evening trying to resolve this knowing we all had to get up early the next morning. It took hours and no resolution. They offered $20 compensation which does not begin to cover the inconvenience and additional cost for rooms. We even bought the extra insurance just so this would not happen. Shame on you *******.

Issues I had was they charge daily for parking. There isn’t a gate or a security officer so why do I have to pay over $11 a day to park my vehicle? First hotel to charge and not provide any extra security to justify the charge. Second issue is no breakfast. I paid over $300 a night plus parking fee and hotel fees and they can’t even offer guests a bagel or a cup of coffee!?!?

Chose to stay at this hotel for its convenient location near our friends we were in Dallas visiting. Everything was easy. Everything was nice and clean. Rooms were good sized and everything I expect a hotel to provide was there. Also enjoyed being able to grab a cup of Starbucks coffee down in the lobby every morning. I'd be happy to stay here again.

I did not like that we had to pay for parking with no prior notice.
Also, we had a fire alarm set off early on our last day and everyone had to go outside. We asked.for a late checkout and was refused. I have never been turned down on a late checkout. We are also members of Marriott Bonvoy but absolutely no recognition or special circumstance because of that. I would not stay here again.
