I tried to do an early check in as I’ve booked stays here several times. the girl at front desk was rude and wouldn’t hear me out. she told me she was canceling my stay so I booked a room somewhere else and was able to do the early check in. I would appreciate a refund. when I asked for her name she wouldn’t even provide me that much. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Nice building, but the room was dirty. Dirt on the room floor, the nightstand had something spilled on it, and hair in the bathroom floor.

It was clean and Kevin he is a great guy but the thing that I didn’t like was that we have to buy the toilet paper. The washing machines don’t work very well I had to pay twice and card only. But other than that good condition we did like it.

The place was overly dirty and had stains everywhere. People were smoking and it smelled like it all through our room and it was hard to breathe. I brought it up and nothing was done about it.

Nobody was at the window during check in at 3.30 in the afternoon. People were waiting in the lobby to check in. Someone was smoking right next to me in the other room. It’s cheaper than any other hotels, so i guess I should have not had too many expectations. Just would be nice to have a person at the window during normal business hours

The bathroom was Very dirty, the chair in the bedroom was old and so dirty i was so disappointed I will never book it again.

Roam was ok. Just an average room. There was a bit of confusion with the pet fee. So check in took a bit longer than anticipated.
