I stayed here for 6 months in the delux kitchenette option. The service was always impeccable and the staff is very nice and accomodating. The rooms are nice and modern, there is a decent gym on the roof, and the breakfasts are good. They even brought me a special gift for my birthday! Thanks to the whole staff for my lovely stay!

Clean and practical guesthouse with airport shuttle service. Breakfast is included, although fairly simple. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but those situated at the roadside very noisy. Location is very good and restaurants in walking distance

We stayed at Victoria for 15 days in March 2022 and it was a pleasant experience all-around. The building architecture is a blend of new and old - contemporary yet traditional, invoking calmness and beauty. Potted green plants everywhere. The upper terrace gives a breath-taking view of the city. The rooms are clean with all the amenities we wanted, including a washing machine. Included breakfasts, always freshly-made and delicious. The staff are pleasant and attentive - excellent service, excellent guesthouse. Will stay at the Victoria Guesthouse again.

I have been this february at Victoria Guest House and love it. Very well situated. Everybody at the hotel were always very professional and helpful. Specially regarding the need for transportation. Thank you all for your simpathy. Looking to return.

The hotel was exellent. The bed was very good. The shower was exellent. The daily cleaning was very good. The (optional) breakfast was outstanding! There is a well equipped gym on the 7th floor, bring your sports clothing. If I may suggest minor improvements: perhaps use economy showerheads to save on water for sustainability, the pressure is more then sufficient! also it would be nice if the restaurant could serve single glasses of wine, without having to order an entire bottle.

The room was kept clean and sparkling daily. The housekeeping team were friendly and professional, making me feel at home and secure. The towels were changed daily and remained fresh. The reception was always ready to answer and provide every request, and on time. The whole experience made me feel at home and well-attended.

Gorgeous building and it only gets more breath taking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. The staff was incredibly helpful. Overall, I had a great experience with Victoria Guesthouse.

I feel very happy because my stay was super comfortable at Victoria GHA . The cleanliness of the rooms are number one reason for my satisfaction. The staffs were very polite, always serving with smile. The terrace and gym are fantastic. I highly recommend Victoria GHA, for anyone in Addis Ababa, and who is looking for apartments.
