這家酒店在亞的斯亞貝巴算是比較乾淨的，房間整理得不錯，讓人感覺舒適。不過，大廳裏常常有做飯的味道，個人不是很喜歡。另外，雖然我在網上已經訂好了房間，但到了前台卻浪費了不少時間，他們找不到我的訂單，甚至還試圖給我安排與預訂不符的房間。這方面的管理還需改進。

Zimmer ist gut. Allerdings war das Zimmtelefon kaputt und könnte nicht benutzt werden. Die Frauen an der Réception sind freundlich und effizient. Die Bedienung im Restaurant ist wenig aufmerksam, kann zum Teil kaum Englisch, stellt falsche Rechnung aus und das Essen lässt lange auf sich warten.
