這家酒店在亞的斯亞貝巴算是比較乾淨的，房間整理得不錯，讓人感覺舒適。不過，大廳裏常常有做飯的味道，個人不是很喜歡。另外，雖然我在網上已經訂好了房間，但到了前台卻浪費了不少時間，他們找不到我的訂單，甚至還試圖給我安排與預訂不符的房間。這方面的管理還需改進。

The check-in process at the hotel in Addis Ababa was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well-equipped with a safe, slippers, shower gel, and shampoo. The bed was comfortable, though a bit on the softer side. Breakfast is good, enough food, juice, water, fresh fruits and vegetables are here. Also in each floor and room is wifi. However, I was disappointed to find out that the check-out time was earlier than expected. The Booking app stated that check-out was at 12:30, but we were asked to leave the room before 12:00. Additionally, the hotel was a bit noisy, and the balcony faced a building under construction, so there were workers around throughout the day.

I stayed in check inn hotel for three nights the hotel is near to the airport it is a best hotel with a clean room and the staffs are friendly and professional. They have a buffet breakfast in the morning. I enjoyed my stay at check inn hotel highly recommended.

We had a very good experience in our stay in the hotel in Addis Ababa during one week, good rooms, the cleaning service and specially very good service from all the staff of the hotel, including the receptionist and service in the bar and restaurant, guys like Alex very attentive with the clients.

Seble and Tsion are amazing staff and have excellent levels of customer service. Nothing was too much for them. They made me feel like I was at home during my stay. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and is situated in a very central location in Bole. I would highly recommend a stay at the hotel.

I visited this hotel and have a very good experience with the service. Their food was amazing. I travel all over and never get such experience. All workers were nice and helped me when ever needed. The rooms where very good. I never felt I m out of country
