I thought the room had enough facilities for the price. I think the cleanliness was high, but only lukewarm water came out. I couldn't find a hair dryer. It's cheap, so it's reasonable, but I doubt it's a five-star hotel.
I used the gym, sauna and massage. The gym was noisy. Sauna was good. The massage room was next to the gym and was so noisy that I couldn't relax.
The restaurant was insanely delicious.

Overall a good stay here. The staff are all very helpful and the security is excellent. The gym is amazing and must be one of the best in Addis, with well priced massage treatments. The breakfast was fine although sometimes was not very full with food. The rooms are big and the shower and WIFI works well. The surrounding area was not great to walk around at night and even more so now that most of the surrounding buildings have been destroyed for renovations. I would certainly stay here again.

the trip was very great as i had business with my father here and they treated me very well and would recommend visiting or coming for work especially mihret i thank them for everything and would love to come back again i recommend getting the luxury rooms because the prices are very fair and affordable

The service was excellent. Convenient, free shuttle service to the airport. Rooms cleans, comfortable bed, quiet rooms. The showers were good with plenty of hot water. Good internet. Food was good. Spa services were well priced and excellent quality.

Really nice hotel, the staff are all incredibly friendly. The gym is also excellent, it’s so much bigger than in the photos. I also had a deep-tissue massage and now I can’t feel my legs. Only downside was the hot water in my room took ages, which seemed like a waste of water.

The staff were amazing very nice and welcoming. The only issue I faced is the policy regarding food. As I vegan person I couldn’t eat at the hotel and I have to ask the management to allow me to bring food inside the hotel which was very annoying. However, the lady at the reception was very helpful and accommodating.
