Although the hotel didn't quite surpass my expectations, it still provided a decent experience overall. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. While it may not have had standout features, it offered all the essential amenities one would expect. Therefore, I would rate it a respectable 6 out of 10. While it didn't leave a lasting impression, it served as a satisfactory choice for a pleasant stay.

The room was very clean and the environment was very cozy. The transportation to the hotel was also very convenient. I liked the hotel room very much. The service of the waiters was very good, efficient and with a good attitude.

The room is small and unhygienic. The water pipes in the bathroom are all old and don't look good. The bedding is no longer white. On the table, there is a layer of dust.

This hotel is so unhygienic. The bedding was already gray. There was a layer of dust on the table. I asked the front desk to find someone to clean it. The facilities are very old and not worth the five-star price.

Just Excellent!🥰 I have enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The staff is hospitable. The food is good. The rooms are nice and the halls as well.

Had a amazing time together with my families and friends ❤️ i will recommend the hitel fir revolving restaurant, spa,swimming pool at roof top and great customer service. The location is very good as heart of kasanchis that is cool at the back of ECA

Excellent service, so many breakfast varieties and tasty foods, a good location, helpful and attentive staffs, comfortable rooms, and you can will get everything like pool, lounge, souvenir shops, fine dining 360 degree revolving restaurant. I ll recommend and will definitely come on my next visit.

Good rooms. I got a corner room which was spacious and nice. Food was ok- my preference was hot food but they mostly had warm or cold food. Staff service was also good. Kind and staff were willing to help.
