Although the hotel didn't quite surpass my expectations, it still provided a decent experience overall. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. While it may not have had standout features, it offered all the essential amenities one would expect. Therefore, I would rate it a respectable 6 out of 10. While it didn't leave a lasting impression, it served as a satisfactory choice for a pleasant stay.

The room is small and unhygienic. The water pipes in the bathroom are all old and don't look good. The bedding is no longer white. On the table, there is a layer of dust.

This hotel is so unhygienic. The bedding was already gray. There was a layer of dust on the table. I asked the front desk to find someone to clean it. The facilities are very old and not worth the five-star price.

Had a amazing time together with my families and friends ❤️ i will recommend the hitel fir revolving restaurant, spa,swimming pool at roof top and great customer service. The location is very good as heart of kasanchis that is cool at the back of ECA

Good rooms. I got a corner room which was spacious and nice. Food was ok- my preference was hot food but they mostly had warm or cold food. Staff service was also good. Kind and staff were willing to help.

Amazing place to stay. Clean, bright and the staff are lovely. I arrived at the hotel Very sick and they went out of their way to help me. They hit a doctor and supplied me with endless fluids to get me well. The gym is good and had a fabulous deep tissue massage here. Highly recommend! The pool and food top bar are great The food is good but I did not try breakfast. The rooms are bright and spacious. The air con is in good working order. There’s a coffee shop next to the hotel and it is very centrally located. I felt safe here as a woman alone and would highly recommend the hotel.

I recently visited the hotel for a scheduled meeting. During my stay, I had to attend an urgent online meeting and was using my laptop outside the meeting hall while charging it. Unfortunately, I was approached by a security staff member who spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. He stated that I had been sitting there "too long" and claimed he was instructed to speak to me based on camera surveillance. His tone and approach were unnecessarily rude, and the experience left me feeling uncomfortable. I reported the incident to the sales and marketing team, but disappointingly, they showed no acknowledgment or response to my concern. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel, particularly for professionals expecting a respectful and accommodating environment.
